The only flaw, makes it worthless

It keeps losing the map and when this happens you need to remove anything that is currently on the floor until that worthless piece of junk creates a new map of your entire house. When it works, it works well, but how often it would lose the map would probably depend on how lucky you are. Never buying EcoVacs products again.

Could not make its way back up the ramp to empty. It also struggled emptying its dustbin. If you have longer hair, or pets with long hair, this is not the product for you. It has two slots for emptying and longer pieces of hair go out both causing it to clog.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the empty station broke after 3 months and i sent to warranty they sent it back broken.. i have to map the apartment every two weeks and it's a small one.. the suction power starting to weaken.. i have an older 5 year samsung robot vacuum and still working strong never broken down and still have more suction than this crappy thing.. dont buy .. it will break after three months and then you will go throw hell with their customer support who will lie and you will end up like me with a negative bank balance and broken crappy vacuum and that thing supposed to live for years!!!!!!
