I spend more time getting it unstuck and helping you get back to its base. I would return this and buy another Nestor robotics vacuum. Save yourself the hassle the self emptying requires a filter bag you have to purchase every month and the mopping feature SUCKS

For the price taken it does absolutely nothing and leaves all the dirt as it is inspite of going over it again and again. Tried reaching out to the customer care and complained quite a few times butt of no use.Its very unfortunate that i have bought this item and I am stuck with it, since Best Buy wouldnt take it back as it has passed the 90 day limit and the Ecovacs support sucks. Please beware, I would strongly recommend to go for Irobot, which still works the best in comparision to this new latest so called modern robot. Abosolute waste of money.

Which is why I will return. I guess alot of these have the same issue. I dont know why is has a camera on the front. My ROBOROCK s5max doesnt have it, and functions much better, only thing it lacks is the auto empty, no biggie.

But it doesn’t compare to the iRobot and the one. I returned it because it didn’t clean as well and didn’t mark the spaces completely.Never entered my bathroom and when it’s battery finished it would go back to its base to recharge but didn’t go back out to finish the spaces not done. I would not buy it ever again, I’ll pay more and stick to what works, iRobot.

Very expensive for how much I spent.

It doesn't map everything so we keep having to delete it and reinstall it. It is always having a hard time finding the charging port. It was very expensive for having so many problems.
