Vacuuming while mopping and auto emptying bin are convenient, mapping is intelligent and it avoids objectives on the floor like toys!

This is my 3rd robot vacuum so far. I started with Roomba, Roborock, and then this. This is my first one with the Auto Empty bin. I like it since I don't have to empty it every week. However, buying additional dust bags is annoying and maintenance cost. I would have loved it if the bag was washable. The default mop feature is mediocre. However, I brought the Mop Pro attachment which vibrates in a circular motion when mopping and that does a good job. Reduced a star for some of the aforementioned issues. However, the robot itself vacuums perfectly and it has a multi-floor map feature as well which helps people like me who have multiple floors in their house.

Easy to set up . I am able to use it on multiple floors by resetting the map. It recreates the map. Both vacuum and mop work great

This is our 11th robot vacuum and by far this one is the best, it exceeds all other robots. We’ve spent $600-$1200 for these items and this one is in the sweet spot. Super quiet, sleek looking and the great mapping and control on the app. I don’t like to name names but we have every recent version of the “popular” robot vacuum and this one is by far the best in suction, mapping and noise level.

This is my 5th robot vacuum, had units from roborock and 360 previously. If you're looking to get a vacuum that can map multiple floors, I would recommend avoiding this unit. The vacuum has the ability to map multiple floors, however per customer service, you are required to have a base station on each floor for this feature to work. This unit only comes with 1 auto empty base station, and customer service says I have to move the base station between each floor each time I want to run the vacuum. What a joke...lol Pros: -Cleaning performance is better than the S6 from roborock for both vacuuming and mopping -The auto empty station does a good job of cleaning the dust bin as well as the filter in the dust bin -Obstacle avoidance is good during cleaning, but when cleaning is complete and trying to return home, it likes to slam into things taking the hardest path possible back to the base station Cons: -Multiple floor cleaning wont work if you dont have 2 base stations. The robot will endlessly look for the station at the completion of cleaning -When the vacuum finishes cleaning, it takes the hardest path back to the base station to return home. I dont know why it wants to try to navigate under obstacles and go around in circles rather than going through a clear path it has already mapped to return home -The vacuum will tend to miss whole areas about 1-2x the size of the vacuum when mopping randomly in the middle of a room.

I have tried a few different robot vacuums snd took them all back. I haven't tried the mopping function, but had the vacuum map out the carpeted areas and it works awesome. I can direct it to a specific area or room and it goes and does the job. I run it daily and it does a great job picking up the dog hairs. It tells you when need to clear the filter with directions You can even tell it what order to do the rooms. I highly recommend this vacuum.

This has been a life changer for me. I have it set to vacuum every night after I put the kids to bed. I honestly don’t know how I did with out it. It tells me when there is an issue and when I need to clean it and change parts. I do do a quick check of all the rooms and make sure everything is up off the floor that could cause problems, but I liken this to loading a dishwasher. Yes, a dishwasher washes your dishes, but you do have to put in some effort to make that happen. The biggest issue is the ‘mop’ function can’t handle real world dirt. I researched a lot before buying and all the demos showed it getting dries juice and other ‘set-up’ messes wonderfully. That isn’t what I needed it to get. If we spill stuff, I clean it up then, and do a good enough job that I don’t need a nightly mop. I needed this to get the tracked in dirt that my steam mop and swifter wet jet get and it just doesn’t. Real world mud that the kids mindlessly track into the house on the bottoms of their shoes was still there after running it with max water. Then again with hot water and then a third time with cleanser mixed in the tank. It is really just dragging a lightly damp cloth behind itself, it is not mopping at all and while all dust and debris is gone any dried dirt in the tile is still there and requires a real mop. I gave up on the mop and now the tank is up with the other accessories. I should also not that there is a plastic pad that attaches to the tank and holds the cloth pad and when the plastic pad is attached it knows to mop. So in theory, you remove the plastic pad and can leave the empty tank on the unit when not mopping. However, the plastic pad snaps on and off, and it felt like I might break the frail plastic posts if I took it on and off a lot. So I found it easier just to remove the whole tank, especially since I had to empty the tank anyways. It says never to leave a full tank on the unit. That being said, the automation of having my home vacuumed every day is so amazing I am looking into mop specific robots to program to go immediately after the Ecovacs. I bought a roomba when they first came out over a decade ago and was nervous because that robot was a piece of junk. It got stuck constantly, and never cleaned the whole room, and the suction was so poor it didn’t pick up anything. Robot vacuums have come a long way. This robot does get stuck every now and then. The Christmas tree was particularly tricky for her (I think all the little lights may have made it worse. But I would pull her off the tree stand when she called for me, and then she would go right back and do it again. Eventually, I just told her not to go behind the tree in the app and haven’t had a problem since. I will remove the restriction when I take the tree down. It is worth noting I have only hardwoods or tile throughout my home. I haven’t used it on carpet and it pushes the small entryway rugs around so now I just pick them up and shake the dirt right on the floor. She (I named her Cinderella) comes and gets it all up and then I put the rugs back down. I also have two stories. I brought her upstairs to vacuum once and she did fine, but I had to move the base as well, and that was all just a bit too much for me. But I like her well enough I would consider buying one for the upstairs. I also mentioned I have her set to run once the kids go down to bed, and I did try setting her to run in the middle of the night, but she woke me up. She isn’t that loud, but if something gets stuck in her roller that can be loud. Also if she needs help because something is stuck in her brush or she gets stuck it is far less inconvenient for me to help her if I am not in bed yet. She could run during the day but the kids are making such a mess it would be hard to keep things picked up for an hour. I highly recommend this product. The only reasons for not giving 5 stars are the reasons I mentioned above. Just like I can’t imagine not having a washing machine or dishwasher, I think an AI robot vac might now also fall in that category.

It’s a pretty decent vacuum with mob. We have real wood floor and the moon left water marks. I wish we could add solutions in water tank.

The tube in the mopping plate got disconnected, so water doesn’t come out of it, bottomline, the mopping plate is useless. I called customer support and there’s no way to fix it, because the plate is completely sealed and cannot open. Only option is to buy a new mopping plate for $90, warranty doesn’t cover accessories. Poor engineering, wouldn’t recommend the product. All we have to do is connect the tube and can’t do it because it’s sealed.

I have been using this product for almost 1.5 years now and really love it. My only complaints are that it doesn’t fit under my couch (my fault for not measuring the clearance before purchase) and that I wish the mopping function had more of an agitation, as opposed to just pulling the damp pad. I do love that it will vacuum and mop at the same time and it is perfect for the in between deep cleans. We have 4 dogs and it does an awesome job cleaning up dog fur and dog pad marks when it’s damp outside. Overall totally worth it!

I’ve had so many robot vacuum cleaners... From the most expensive Roomba to the cheaper versions... but this is the next level. It navigates and maps out the house and is sooooooo quiet. I cannot tell you how amazing this is and the fact that it comes with an auto-empty bin at this price is mind blowing. I haven’t used the mop feature... but I didn’t get it for that feature... At the current sale of $250 off... this is not going to last... grab it quick.

I love this vacuum. Working really well in avoiding the furniture and other stuff on ground. It still can get tangled into some thin wires or cloth but overall very efficient. The map and cleaning time is great. Self empties is convenient. I don't have to empty the bin everyday. I haven't used mop since I have another product for that. But overall a good product at the price point ( I bought it on early black Friday sale ). Good features for the money!!

We’ve had our vacuum for a more than a month now and it’s been absolutely great. I really like the object avoidance so that it doesn’t get stuck and bump into things. This is really helpful to make sure the vacuum complete’s its task without you having to pick kit up and move it frequently. The mop attachment works pretty well for most light cleanup and is fairly handy to help keep things dust and stain free from the floor. The auto dispense of the bin is also quite handy to keep maintenance to a minimum. Overall quite happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone looking at this.

It is really working so good. Easy to use. Both mop and vacuum.

I have multiple robots and this cleans as well if not better. The issue is the design of the self emptying base with the dual ports. Each gets half the suction power and can't pull pet hair up and it gets stuck in one openings. It's not because it gets too full even at a quarter full hair still gets stuck. It's a shame. Navigation, cleaning were great and it was the quietest vacuum I have used. Apparently Ecovacs doesn't seem it's an issue because newer models have the same dual port.

Love this little guy! The vaccuming is great, suction is great, navigation is great, app is pretty rock solid, emptying is good. Tells you when the filters are getting clogged and different parts like the brushes need changing out. My ONLY complaint about this is that the mopping sucks. I didn't expect more from the configuration but honestly the pads never even get wet from the water tank.

Love that we can control when our vacuum activates with our phone, and even where in our home it will vacuum.

The robot is good at cleaning. The cleaning feature and smart feature are pretty solid. But auto empty feature is not working. I have to manually pull the dirt out of the small door after each cleaning. The design of the trap door is too small and the dirt pile stuck at the door which leave the trap door half open. If the bin is not cleaned up, it drag the dirt pile on it's next trip and the half opened trap door drop dirt on it's way.
