i like The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni , because The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni builds on its excellent predecessor with stronger suction power, improved edge cleaning, and a more hygienic mop-washing system, remaining the best two-in-one robot vacuum and mop.

I love my Ecovacs. Try it and you will be happy with it. It is easy to use, convenient, smart assistant in cleaning the house. We have hardwood floor throughout the house and it requires constant vacuuming and cleaning. The battery last long and enough to completely clean 1600sqft.

I love this product! I have 2 Great Danes and 2 children and my floors always need mopping/ vacuuming. I've used other vacuum/ mop robot combinations in the past but my floors were too much for the other brands. I was really nervous about the price because it is a lot to spend on someone that may fail, just like the rest. However, this robot is not like the others. It has clean and dirty water dispensers and it self cleans its mopping pads every 15 minutes while running. I have it set up to automatically run every night at midnight and I'm always so happy to see my clean floors in the morning. I usually run it again during the day because of how often the dogs go outside to play. If it is running when the dogs come in from outside it can detect their new mess and go and clean that area again. It is worth every penny!

Amazing at what it does and no need to even check on it! Does what it is intended to do and the best part is you clean the whole home without lifting as much of a finger (unless you’re using their app of course!). Would definitely recommend 5/5.

We really enjoy our Deebot! It gets the job done when in need! I love that when we are away we can turn it on through our phone and we come home to very clean floors! Thank you Deebot for the wonderful cleaning and time saving!

The issues encountered in the first week of use: 1. Hair frequently gets entangled in the brush, and stops the cleaning until it's cleared. 2. The vacuum requires multiple interventions during each cleaning cycle, never completing a session autonomously. 3. It is unable to perform its cleaning functions at night without failing. 4. The device ceases operation to recharge but fails to resume cleaning thereafter. 5. The mobile application has a non-intuitive user interface. Super difficult to use and setup. 6. Ineffective cleaning performance, both in vacuuming (e.g., missing pine needles, direct, pet hair) and mopping (leaving spots on tile floors). 7. Persistent loss of internet connection, resulting in operational failures.

Love the Exovacs company as well as customer service. Have had the X1 Omni for quite sometime and expected nothing but the best for the X2. Although the features are great, we still prefer running BOTH X1 and X2 for maximum coverage.

excellent idea of making a smart device that shortens time and is much more functional. I love it. It leaves everything super clean in less time and doing an impeccable job.

I regret buying this machine. It has not worked right since the day I got it. The robot is constantly going in and out of the base for no reason, if my husband and I are logged in to the app at the same time we stop getting notifications, the company's customer service is a joke, the brushed get tangled all the time and we have a dog.

Being someone with mobility issues I love that I can just set up the Omni X2 and not worry about it for months. Set a cleaning schedule and my floors are clean when I need them cleaned.

This Deebot is honestly everything I could ask for in a vacuum. It helps me stay on top of things while I work and would definitely recommend.

I enthusiastically acquired the Deebot X2 OMNI as an upgrade from my previous model, and I am delighted with its performance. This robot has exceeded my expectations in various aspects. Its navigation is efficient, always finding the charging station and moving skillfully throughout my home. The main brush remains clear, and I have never experienced interruptions during cleanings. Additionally, its ability to identify specific areas without the need to draw zones beforehand is remarkable.

So I bought an Ecovacs Omni Robot 6 months ago, the water pump stopped feeding the Robot from the clean water tank. Contacted customer support and they promise you the world to get you off the phone and then a day later tell you the issue is not covered by their warranty and that you need to take it to a service center for repair on your dime. What kind of warranty is that for a design flaw in their own products. Buyer beware of this shady company and the way they do business. Its bad enough that their products fail within the warranty period and the internet is riddled with complaints on the water system and the lack of guidance from Ecovacs.

I love this product! It works great. The vacuum is strong. Now I have more time for other things. This purchase is a no brainer!

Love love love this product. It has saved me so much time over the past few months. I no longer have to constantly vaccum my house all day. I just start this guy and he does it for me. I love how it maps out my house and I can pick what areas I need cleaned. If you have kids or dogs this is a must have.
