If you want rooms to sporadically not be found, get this product. If you want terrible customer service, buy from ecovacs. Good luck with this garbage, the worst piece of tech I have ever bought.

Top technology in robots

The purpose is to make a working mom more comfortable and have more free time and it works! Never had an issue since I started using it,

I’ve had 3 different models of mopping vacuum from Ecovacs and all have failed within one year. The company does repair them after the warranty period (1 year). For reference, I use the vaccuum at least once daily only on the first floor which is small enough to not require multiple charges for one cleaning and always adhere to the regular recommended maintenance.

We sent it back and received what appeared to be a refurbished unit. The refurbished unit worked for 10 months. Both times the unit just simply stopped working...no error messages or anything.

Best Buy only offers 14-day return unless you're plus member. If you're not, you're $1,200 outta pocket. Ecovacs thanks you for your donation. Trash product, do NOT BUY. Find something else
