I returned it, it got stuck every time it ran the first week. Never completed a cleaning. My Roomba J9 never gets stuck. Not worth the money until they get the bugs out. I have used robot vacuums years and this is by far the worst.

The vacuum and mop do a great job, but the mapping software is terrible and needs a serious update. It wastes so much battery. It routinely gets confused, particularly if it comes up against black objects like a chair leg - where it will just move back and forth and spin around for a bit. The app is good, but it’s frustrating that you can’t make custom labels for each room. You have to choose from a limited set of labels. For example, I can’t label a room as "Master Bedroom" or "Yoda's Lair." The OK Yiko feature works OK, but because you can’t use custom labels, it’s difficult to remove which weird room label you assigned to a room. I can’t say “OK Yiko, vacuum Yoda's Lair.” I have to remember which room number it is. Overall, it does a good job at vacuuming and mopping and I’m pleased. If you watch it work it’s incredibly frustrating to watch the stupid paths it takes and some of the other dumb design decisions for the high cost. If I had it to do over, I’d go with a iRobot. Same features but the mapping software and app are superior.

This robot was 1290 bucks with tax. Cleaning was less then up to par for the price. It cleaned ok but after a week it just started driving around in circles. The robot I have owned previously and after have never given me this problem.

I have 3 dogs that shed a lot of hair, and this vacuum has made it very easy for me to pick up that loose hair while keeping the house clean. We haven't had any problems. I highly recommend it!

It worked great I loved it it made the house feel and look so clean it’s like having your own cleaning lady Rosie from the cartoon the Jetsons lol

To put it in one word….AMAZING. What a robot. This thing is awesome. Spinning scrub pads are a must nowadays in my book. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend product.

I can not say enough in favor of this robotic vacuum and mop system. It works so well and our floors are always so clean. I would recommend buying the cleaning fluid. It smells so nice.

It got hacked and some person was able to drive it around my house whole watching us from the camera, potentially taking videos of my family, and then started yelling the N word in the middle of my loving room. Search reddit, you will find other people with identical experiences. What makes it worse is ecovacs is doubting my story and they say they have no evidence of this happening. So they clearly lack the ability to stop the hacking if they dont even have the ability to detect it had been hacked. Dont buy!!!!! Oh yeah, best buy then refused to allow me to return it because this havk occured on the last night of rhe return window. So when i contacted them the next day they said no to a return.

If it wasnt for the horrible navi the robot cleans very well. Erravtic. Non linear approaches. Kept going back to same spot and zig zag over and over and over……

Was sceptical in the beginning but, it performs very well and keeps up with the Rio Rancho dust and the mapping is very good.

Good for light clean up. Does a good job in the corners and spot cleaning using the spin mops.
