Effective WiFi mesh system. Needed to extend the WiFi in area of house where gym equipment is located because WiFi kept lagging during live workouts. The setup process could be improved but overall definitely seen improvement in connection and speeds. Based on internet plan, probably should have gotten the Eero 6 Pro to handle the WiFi speed but overall happy with increased speed.

Had the Geek Squad set these up for me and make sure they were tuned to maximum performance. I feel our internet is much stronger throughout our home and even out in the yard and on the patio. A good investment as we add more devices.

I have Comcast Xfinity 1200 Internet and there Hardware is garbage. I purchased this because I was getting below 60MBs in my office. I Turned off the Xfinity Wi-Fi and Plugged in the Eero. I placed the second pod upstairs in my living room and now I get 150+ . Not earth shattering, but enough to keep me from going robotic on conference calls or dropping out completly.

I have a basement and my Wi-Fi signal was weak in the basement. This product has made it possible for good Wi-Fi. My security cameras are all working now.

Although I had strong enough fiber optic internet service, my signal throughout my house was medium or weak strength unless I was in the room with the modum. This Eero system provided an excellent addition to boost my WiFi signal to strong signal throughout my house.

My previous Wi-Fi unit didn’t adequately provide the necessary coverage for my two laptop computers, which are located on the first floor of my house and the basement. I have no coverage problems with the eero 2 pack system, which I have on the first floor and basement.

They’re good, but not perfect. The app is amazing and the connections are alright. But they don’t make replacement cables specifically for this item. They should have an eero brick and then a type c cable instead of an integrated one. That way you can replace if anything happens.

We needed to upgrade our router to get better coverage and this system did the trick. All 3500SF gets excellent signal and it reaches outside to our pool. Took less than 15 minutes to have it up and running with no call to our ISP for anything!

Installed in several rooms in a home in the country a distance from broadband towers. They have improved internet connectivity and work as intended.

Returned the product as I found that all I needed was a new repeater. I'm sure that the EERO product would have been fine but I just didn't need it at this time.

We couldn't get our wifi in all the rooms of our 2000 sq foot house. It's an old house with plaster walls. Now with the EERO, we get great service in all the rooms, even outside on the porch and deck. Love that I can turn off the internet to certain devices as well.

the squad installer made sure the router was up and running and I was comfortable using it. He answered all my questions,and explained how my tech plan is so helpful with any questions and help in the future.

Very affordable and provides incredible extension of wi-fi network. Only one word of caution, be aware that some devices on your network may have difficulty connecting to the wi-fi 6. However, there is an easy way to connect those devices. Just follow the instructions on the eero app.

Lightening zapped our old router. We did our homework and spent a lot of time with a knowledgable Best Buy employee and decided on the eero. Our house is approximately 2,800 sf so we got the 3-pack. Seems to be working fine so far.
