So far, so good. Since I’ve added more and more devices with Bluetooth capable my last router was just overwhelmed. But with this product, everything has been working with absolutely no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend this product.

Love this product!!!! It does exaclty what it is supposed to do and i don't miss a beat with wifi service in and around my home!!!!!

Was having really bad wifi connection issues while working from home and since then no problems with the bandwidth. Really happy with our purchase.

I loved the app how easy it was. My Xbox could not connect to the 5ghz. I had to connect via the 2.4ghz and it would not always stay connected. I couldnt hard wire becasue the main router was in another room. I searched everywhere for a fix and nothing worked.

It is doing the hob it was bought for. Only the internet service will bother it if it is not good.

Had this for a year and decided to chuck it. Problems since day 1. Should have returned it. Stuck it out because I thought it might have been my service issues but it’s the device. Would drop off and I had to restart the modem and the device to get reconnected. Been happening every day for last few days so I got a TP-Link Wi-Fi router to replace them. Unlike the Eero, that has been easy to set-up and speed is great!

Love it. Easy to install, works flawlessly in my 1100 square foot ranch. I had a LinkSys smart router the past few years and it worked okay, but there were some dead spots even in my small brick ranch home. This solved those issues immediately. I get 500 mb/sec speeds consistently throughout my home and even out into the yard (1/2 acre lot). Def a good buy!! Love BestBuy and all their products / services!

Finally! Wi-Fi that doesn't drop out. Been having consistent loss of connection issues with my Sparklight modem /router while using my tablet. Installation of eero eliminated that.

since we are not tech smart we called eero company snd i received help registering them . Very thoughtful and patient staff

Added this to my Xfinity system after having connectivity issues and it solved all of my issues. Works well and set up was fairly easy. I have a 4,500 square foot house and now have full coverage but I wish the signal strength was a little better.

My router broke so I have to replace it on the same day. Checked best buy’s website and I saw this but it was not on their shelves so I have to ask the staff if it’s available. Good thing they still have one left.

Hooked up easily. I was hoping for a bit more distance between them, but they definitely extended my WiFi to the ends of my house, as well as to the basement.

This "mesh" type router has solved all of our connection issues in our home. All devices can now connect seamlessly anywhere. We like it!

I’m not getting the Wi-Fi in my detached garage well, but it goes through two brick walls to get there.

We have had no issues with internet coverage in our house since this purchase. We have so many things that run in WiFi including light bulbs. Would highly recommend for any house hold. We have metal roof and have no issues anymore

I paid $199 for this system that was recommended by both Best Buy rep and the Spectrum tech. Well its a piece of crap as far as the satellite units being able to give you a signal more than 60mb/sec. These have to be line of sight for them to work to something that approximates the main unit. I'm in my office 30 feet around the corner of the house and had to move the main unit in because of the EXTREMELY low speed. Apparently their signal cannot travel through 2 walls that only had drywall. Once again I didn't listen to my gut and bought an Amazon mfg product rather than a reliable company that's been doing this for awhile.
