Took less than an hour to set up and in AM all 38 of my devices were found and had excellent wi-fi signal strength. Only thing is I am not sure what to do with my prior WiFi extenders and if they should be pulled from function

Works well in 4000 sq ft house. Moves easily to maximize coverage. I’m well pleased

I purchased the eero system and had the geek squad install it when they delivered & installed a TV. It appears to have improved my internet signal/service so I am a happy customer!

The eero system works great. Best 4k streaming service I have had. Deliverers a great picture on my tv.

works great. best mesh system out there. only reason for removing a star is because, this isnt compatible with any google devices (googlle home etc.,) gotta switch everytthing to echo/amazon devices

We have a 2700 2 story house. The three pack works great for coverage inside and out.

Once installed they have been great, but they were not as easy to install as the Best Buy personnel indicated. After 3 hours on the phone with Eero and off and on with my internet provider I was finally able to get them to work. It took 4 different Eero agents to be able to figure out the problem.

Wow we really needed these to give us the best wifi reception in our home. We have 3….There are many block walls and this helps when 6 adults are all using devices at the same time.

Best Buy helped us find the right product for our needs. The Geek Squad team installed it and provided great instructions for us. They even helped us set up several of our other home devices.

Its a great wifi system its a little at first to hard to figure out at first just take a deap breath and be patient if i can do it anybody can do it

Bought this router to replace my router is was leasing every month from Spectrum. It actually works better the Spectrum very satisfied.

Okay system. Reliable and easy to set up, but I was hoping for better range in my upstairs. It's well within the square footage, but I'm not getting good MBPS upstairs and the modem is very good. I also made sure there wasn't interference, etc.

it works but it does take some getting used to. i had several calls to tech support to understand some unexpected results with respect to device placement and how and when devices capable of 5Ghz WiFi get connected. EERO was very helpful and their "first level" techs seemed to be unusually competent.

I needed to transfer pictures from my dad’s memory card to my phone and it worked well. Thank GOD for Best Buy.

Love it! This replaced the router that I had been using. I needed something that would allow my security camera to have a video. The router that I had did not penetrate the walls.

Since I got it installed, I have had no more problems of disconnection. I am highly satisfied with the performance of this product. Also would recommend it to others.

Bought these for my son. We have them and are very happy. So far he seems happy with them. Wanted extended coverage out to his garage and yard

The system works just like any other system; there are still lagging points in my home. My square ft is 833. The system coverage is up to 5000 sq ft. I shouldn't have no problems at all; but that is not the case. Even though I hard wired it to T-Mob 5G system, I'm still having problems after 30 days. Oh and you must pay EERO $99.99 for their service after paying for the device. What a RACKET!!!!

I had spotty wifi signal in and around my home and adding 2 aero's was the fix I needed. These things are great.

Store member said it would be an upgrade to my older Google mesh system. Not noticing any improvement in my overall wifi signal and it was a pain switching everything to the new system.
