    I bought this as one of the salespeople at the store advised me I would have better signal than just router-to-adapter on my PC. After taking it home, slogging through setting up the app, and placing the mesh units at relatively equidistant points in the house, I found the signal to be around 150mbps rather than the 400~ I was getting prior with a cheap Wi-Fi adapter. While I understand the geometry of the house has an effect on the efficacy of the mesh, it simply did not deliver on the "promise" of the salesman. Ended up getting a better Wi-Fi adapter instead.

    So, this mesh router is fine, for the most part. It sometimes seems like it leaves dead spots that should not be there.

    I’ve called Best Buy for a computer tech agent to come back out and they assigned a Home Theater tech who said I need a computer tech. They canceled the order & im still trying to get a tech back out to troubleshoot to se why I’m not getting a strong signal on top floor and basement.
