      Hello, MaryannT. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your Eero 6 3-pack. If you have performance issues with the mesh system I recommend power cycling. You can power cycle the system by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. The eero’s LED will turn solid white, then be flashing white while booting up. It takes about a minute to start up and begin broadcasting. You’ll know when the cycle completes because the eero’s LED will go solid white again. I also recommend going into the Eero app and ensuring all devices have a strong connection to one another and placing them where the connection is the strongest.     Easy but Awful

    Fairly easy set up but 3 months in and signal constantly drops. Tried to call and their support is awful. Would not recommend unless you barely use your internet.

      Hi BryanS. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6 system. I’m sorry to hear about your signal drops. Soft resetting your gateway eero (the one connected to your modem) can be a useful troubleshooting step. To soft reset your eero: Hold the reset button until its LED flashes yellow (approximately 7 seconds). Once it flashes yellow, release it. As the eero boots up, the LED will flash white, then blue, and then return to solid white. Once the LED is solid white, you should be able to see your eero is back online in the eero app. If you still experience connection drops, take note of the time of the drop and reach out to customer service so that they can troubleshoot further.     If you are looking for coverage of your 5,000 sq foot home, this may be the way to go. For fast speeds, look for a singular router

The eero 6 3-pack supports speeds up to 500 Mbps. Here are some tips that may help: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better.     My disappointment with Samsung

    Samsung 65 inch 8K has been a big disappointment. Stuck with 2016 Samsung software. Recently found out that it is not compatible with MLB network. Picture freezes etc

    I wanted to upgrade my home system. The young sales man said this was the best. What he did not mention is that you must set it up on a smart phone, no desktop application. I wish he a said you must use your phone, I would have not bought it. The last thing I need is yet another app to remember the login and ID. It might be a great product, it never got installed. If you are a smart phone only person this is for you, those of us that want to just set it and forget it, this is not for you.

    Does NOT work with AT&T wireless cable box.

    It won't work with my wireless cable boxes, the guy on the support line said not very many ppl have cable anymore. REALLY??? Said he had to create a 'bridge' and I still have to use the AT&T modem. Grrr. Then I wake up this morning, the lights are red and the app says Offline. Ran the troubleshooter, no problems found. Called at 8:30 eastern, (website says open at 5:00 pacific). Recording says they open at 6:00. I dont have the time or patience for something that doesn't even do half of what I bought it for. It's going back.

    Not sure this is helping much. My house is 22 Sq feet. This is suppose to help with house that I’d 5000 square feet. A little overstated I think.

    Originally bought google mesh but didn’t notice a huge increase of internet strength and many people said the eero was much better. They’re ok but I would have rather stayed with google. At least with google it told me where to place my hubs to try and get better speed and liked I could broadcast to the other rooms. Don’t see much difference in internet speed in one over the other

    Did not have option of ethernet port for all 3. The option of 2 ethernet ports are available only on one unit the other 2 do not have that option. I had to end up purchasing Google - Wifi - Mesh Router (AC1200) - 3 pack which works great for my situation to have 2 DVR's in separate rooms Connected to Wi-Fi. I did not want to run ethernet cables through my walls for the 2nd DVR in the living room whole DVR in bdrm connects via ethernet.
