This nested wifi system that the Geek Squad installed gives less coverage than our former wifi system. Also, despite Geek Squad repair efforts, we can no longer print from my computer—ugh!

Bought these after calling about my ring cameras not working well. I was told my WiFi needed boosting and they recommended these. Internet was barely boosted and cameras still don’t work.

Solved all the issues I was having. Recommended by best buy staff. Excellent purchase!

The Geek Squard are great. After is was installed. I found out the system needed batteries. Then charged for 6 hours. One day after the time ran out on the system. It did not work as I would had liked. However, the Geek Squard came to help me with taking it down. The system is not worth it, the Geek Squard is. I will continue to do busy with Besr Buy.

Only 2 of the 3 nodes worked, Geek Squad set it up, the GS tech told me to call him directly with questions/problems, then refuses to return calls or text messages. Approached the store about a replacement node and was told the only was to exchange them is to shut down my system and get three new ones requiring a complete reset of all connected systems. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

helped a lot still i have periods not fast internet in other rooms. But a great improvement.

3 different people tried to setup and didnt work. Even called and they suggested calling spectrum. Returned.

I was really excited for this to arrive and set it up so that my wifi would finally reach all over the house, but a massive letdown! The package arrived in good shape with everything intact however I plugged in the gateway unit and nothing, tried several plugs in case and even checked with a meter but it will not power up. The other 2 units will power up but w/o the master they are useless!

Fine until something goes wrong and then Eero is completely uninterested in helping you. They will ignore any email to their support and they don’t answer the phone. They were bought by Amazon so cry me a river about being understaffed. Switching to Spectrum WiFi mesh - at least they provide support.

I have home WiFi and a router but internet in house is spotty at best. I wanted to attempt to use Mesh system to enhance but the eero 6 is not user friendly. The app you have to download and installation is like rocket science. I am not happy with user friendly ability of system. I need an IT department to help me set up.

These units are often running at 10x below the wired speed rendering my wifi useless. Customer support has been absolutely atrocious. If you’re looking for a stable mesh system this is not the one based on my experience.

They sold me this system, didn't solve anything. Very disappointed. Not sure, it's the system or Best Buy. They haven't been able to get running with Nest equipment. Geek Squad is too busy to handle problems.

There is a serious design problem, there are no vents to let heat out and the bottom of the unit gets hot enough to burn skin. Other types of wifi extenders have vents to let the heat out.

Second pair of eeros and they have gone bad. I am on my 3rd pair now. I hope they work this time. Eero platform is amazing, hence the third chance. This time I upgraded to the eero pro 6.

Since the install mu tv keeps glitching off every minute. I have called to get it fixed three times

Though great for laptops, a bit weak for TV. We had to place two pods in our bedroom to get the buffering to stop.

I am still having problems! I cannot support this.
