setup was easy to do. works well. Good coverage, only using the base and one extender to cover my house right now. Way better than the Comcast wifi modem, and my old Netgear router. Best Buy offers and discount on a new network device if you recycle your old one. Process wasn't familiar to store folks, so took a while to get done, but 15% discount on a sale proice is great. Good time to update

I bought this on a fly, I was looking to replace my Comcast modem and was already talking to a very nice smart Best Buy employee that knew there tech stuff. Anyways he instructed me to buy this and the arris modem and this to help my Wi-Fi in my house. He was absolutely correct. I didn’t have Wi-Fi in my garage, the top corner of my house, driveway, or basement. Now I have Wi-Fi in all those places and my modem is in the same spot it was before. This product works and why didn’t I buy this sooner.

This is a great solution for larger homes or anyone having wifi capacity issues. The controlling app is easy to use, even for a 72 year old, and really allows you to immediately control access. I have 13 wifi connected devises. All my buffering issues with my Roku's have disappeared. It's easy to install. You can even use the same password, so there's no need to reprogram everything. Great value.

It’s a good product. But I had to hardwire the first link because I have an old house. It took hours to drill through two floors Figure out where I could hide the wiring. Devices have to be plugged in electric even if you’re going wireless, which can make it very difficult to place them in the exact position they are needed, particularly in an old house. I’m guessing you could buy longer cabling to a wall outlet. Though my service is 100 100 Mb per second, I’m getting independent readings of about 400 and some places. So I’m impressed.

Set this up for my parents. I swear by Asus wifi products but the price was too much and they need something simple since I can't be there to always administrate. It replaced a Asus router/extender combo and the difference is night and day. Setup was super simple, as well as the firmware upgrade. Only thing I would change is to also have a Win10 app to set it up in addition to iOS and Android. My parents have flip phones so this required one to upgrade to a smartphone.
