Instructions were wrong, but customer service was very patient and helpful. Once installed, internet speed was much faster.

The eero mesh network solved our problem of unstable wifi. Prior to purchase, our wifi signal would drop if someone was working on line on the laptop while our tv was on. We recently discontinued cable tv and now have tv through the internet. The mesh network was easy to install, provides internet throughout the house and solved our internet problems. I highly recommend.
