Had a very technical problem with security cameras. Prior to my visit to your store nothing worked. After my visit the issues disappeared! Kudos to both of them!

EERO ALWAYS RELIABLE

They are adequate for a house no more than 3,000 sq. feet. If you have a multilevel house or more than a 3,000 sq. feet area, I recommend purchasing the 3 pack system.

NOT QUITE AS ADVERTISED WITHOUT A LOT OF HELP

Turns out the eero6 couldn't connect without going through my old router. Once I spent 20+ hours on tech support, I had to bring in my ISP tech support to talk to them, and they decided that the eero6 needed my old router to work, and then it did a decent job of extending my wi-fi to all rooms in my condo.

I have purchased 3 sets of them: one for home, one for church and one for our Christian Center to increase speed and range for the security cameras. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs more reach instead of a range extender.

Customer Service are a God Send!

Now all the bars are lit up on all our devices. Their customer service is aGod Send. They are patient and fixed every issue I've encountered so far. Easy set up and good price.

Why pay more?

We have a large lot and recently added a gazebo. The young folks at Best Buy recommended this mesh system for price and effectiveness. It works nicely, and I can even get a strong signal in the barn, and the wifi timer for the exterior lights now works.
