Simple WiFi

I had an older Eero unit and called tech-support just to see if I would be able to transfer my settings on so forth. They very patiently walked me through the transfer and took care of everything remotely and within 15 minutes I had replaced my previous system and didn’t have to re-enter any of the previous data that I had in my prior unit.

Better than Nest!

Disappointing but alas that is the way of tech nowadays. The coverage is very good for a two bedroom apartment with 70s era thick concrete walls. I get sustained speeds as advertised by my ISP. I wish it had USB port. Definitely an upgrade over the nest mesh network which often had connection issues.

Problem Solved

Set-up was a breeze with the Geek Squad. Just wish we'd gotten these sooner to avoid the intermittent internet down-time without them.

It creates another “network” for you to be able to connect to (using the same internet service). So like another tower in the Internet path? If not, then I really don’t know how it works but it does. I set mine up in opposite corners of my home.

Wifi extender purchase
