Excellent WiFi booster!

This Eero system provided an excellent addition to boost my WiFi signal to strong signal throughout my house.

eero 6 AX 1800 is excellent so far.

We did our homework and spent a lot of time with a knowledgable Best Buy employee and decided on the eero. Our house is approximately 2,800 sf so we got the 3-pack. Seems to be working fine so far.

Does not play nice with Xbox

My Xbox could not connect to the 5ghz. I had to connect via the 2.4ghz and it would not always stay connected. I couldnt hard wire becasue the main router was in another room. I searched everywhere for a fix and nothing worked.

Posted .Hi MarkL, thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience with the eero 6 system. I am sorry to hear that you’ve been having connectivity problems. Since your device keeps switching between bands, I would suggest turning off the Client Steering option in the eero app and then observing your device’s behavior. To turn off Client Steering, open the eero app, go to the Settings tab, select Network settings, select Client Steering, toggle the Client steering option off. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

It was priced a little higher than I em wanted to spend but I am glad I bit the bullet.

Frustrated with product

Posted .Hi AlfredN. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with the eero 6 system. I’m sorry to hear about your signal drops. Soft resetting your gateway eero (the one connected to your modem) can be a useful troubleshooting step. To soft reset your eero: Hold the reset button until its LED flashes yellow (approximately 7 seconds). Once it flashes yellow, release it. As the eero boots up, the LED will flash white, then blue, and then return to solid white. Once the LED is solid white, you should be able to see your eero is back online in the eero app. If you still experience connection drops, take note of the time of the drop and reach out to customer service so that they can troubleshoot further. They can be reached at (877) 659-2347. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Don't hesitate, great product.

It's an old house with plaster walls. Now with the EERO, we get great service in all the rooms, even outside on the porch and deck. Love that I can turn off the internet to certain devices as well.

EERO Mesh WI-FI

Salesman help me pick out this mesh network and haven't had problems since. The coverage is amazing throughout the house.

Worth the upgrade

Only one word of caution, be aware that some devices on your network may have difficulty connecting to the wi-fi 6. However, there is an easy way to connect those devices. Just follow the instructions on the eero app.

Connection was easy for the router and one extender but one would not connect after trying multiple times but I was able to do a complete reset with the button and then it connected. Working good since.

The internet in my home was a little slow in the front and non-existent in the back room...and trust me this place isn't that big. Once I installed the mesh, I have great speed and it extends all throughout the house.

My only issue is that it really seems to have issues with any sort of concrete. Even our shower with cement board and tile seems to interfere with the signal sometimes.
