The Eero 6 claims to push 500 mbps. This is true for the gateway hero, the first one in your system. However, the other two that come in this package that are spaced out through out the home have a significantly reduced output. I talk to you zero support as well as our optimum cable service technician. Everybody seems to feel that after the gateway unit your megabytes per second cut in half. For example, I can get over 400 MB per second at my gateway, but can get no more than 150 from the other two units within the house. Seems to work but I was disappointed as they claim to be able to push 500 MB per second.

Blown away by how efficiently these routers work. I was previously using a Netgear AC1750 that started to go bad after about a year and eight months(also didn't give me the speeds I had been advertised) so I got fed up and bought these finally after doing a couple hours of research. Very satisfied with how quick my WiFi is now.

Easy to install, very good app. Only 4 stars because sometimes, very rarely, it keeps losing connection.

As first time users of this type of product, we are truly pleased with the quality of the product and the way it was packaged as well. WiFi service from one end of our house to the other was something we never had. We are spoiled by this set up now and will never go back to the traditional type of WiFi again!

Finally a wifi system that works. It was easy to setup and it works like advertised. I tried a netgear extension systems and they always dropped off had always reboot them. The eero system a great. Super happy with my purchase.

I wound up returning this unit and was soured on it by bad advice from the BB employee. If you don't know, then say so! The unit was easy to set up and operate and it would probably be fine for a basic home mesh unit where everything is in one building. Didn't have the range I was looking for. It's probably a decent basic system.
