The eero system works great. Best 4k streaming service I have had. Deliverers a great picture on my tv.

This "mesh" type router has solved all of our connection issues in our home. All devices can now connect seamlessly anywhere. We like it!

Added this to my Xfinity system after having connectivity issues and it solved all of my issues. Works well and set up was fairly easy. I have a 4,500 square foot house and now have full coverage but I wish the signal strength was a little better.

Easy setup, nice good-looking small units that fit anywhere. I have 400mbs Xfinity service. Installation was quick and easy. The app works well and is informative. The base unit would provide up to 380-390mbs using Speetest.net on an iPhone 11. That was very good. However both the satellites, when the app showed I was connected to them, would only provide 80-95mbs on multiple occasions. I decided it must be the fact that these are only dual band and that the "backhaul" was slowing the traffic down. I also noticed my WIFI speakers would occasionally cut out which is not normally how they would work. So I returned them to Best Buy with no problems.

It does what it's suppose to. Need at least three.

The system works just like any other system; there are still lagging points in my home. My square ft is 833. The system coverage is up to 5000 sq ft. I shouldn't have no problems at all; but that is not the case. Even though I hard wired it to T-Mob 5G system, I'm still having problems after 30 days. Oh and you must pay EERO $99.99 for their service after paying for the device. What a RACKET!!!!

We have a 3,000 square foot home with a basement. We just had to use two of the three and the Wi-Fi reception is excellent.

works great. best mesh system out there. only reason for removing a star is because, this isnt compatible with any google devices (googlle home etc.,) gotta switch everytthing to echo/amazon devices

I love how my devices connects to the WiFi no matter what room I am in or if I am In the backyard. Very easy to setup and it does automatic updates when a new update comes out. Highly recommended !

Very happy with this purchase, we had an old Apple router which we were happy with but with tv on Wi-Fi now it wasn’t powerful enough of something

This is great for keeping your Wi-Fi connections running strong. I rarely lose connection on any of the 15 devices we have connected at once.

Finally! Wi-Fi that doesn't drop out. Been having consistent loss of connection issues with my Sparklight modem /router while using my tablet. Installation of eero eliminated that.

I needed to transfer pictures from my dad’s memory card to my phone and it worked well. Thank GOD for Best Buy.

I really loved these. I live in a two story home and was having horrible internet service. I was considering having my internet company take a look, but some gentleman at Best Buy recommended these and the issue is now fixed!

Store member said it would be an upgrade to my older Google mesh system. Not noticing any improvement in my overall wifi signal and it was a pain switching everything to the new system.

My download speed went up 100% faster. My whole house has now excelente WiFi signal.

My EERO is connected with my Alexa I said Alexa turn off lights in my home and it turn off the lights on my EERO and it could not turn the lights back on.

Easy installation and great coverage all over the house and entire yard. I am very pleased with the improvement it has made in my WiFi signal strength. I have internet service of 200 mbps and am getting higher than that in most of the house.
