It lost singal strength from the modem to the router and it was wired. Then as each wireless device lost even more singal strength. I wouldn't recommend this for a large house

These really made a big difference in speed of devices and coverage of dead spots in our house. I like the app and the ability to see what is connected to the network.

A great buy. Just watch out for any settings not default. Enabling some of these may make your network seem like it has a VPN and then your apps and websites may be thrown off

I was having trouble getting my wireless internet router located a upstairs bedroom to reach my smart TV downstairs in the family room. This system gives me full WiFi throughout the house and even into my backyard. Well worth the money.

I was looking to replace my Asus cave routers which I had set up in a mesh configuration. The asus were working ok but any time I had to reboot the router or modem, it was becoming a pain in the butt. Bought these after the salesman recommended them, saying they work flawlessly. Well I started the install, the app works great and set it up fairly quickly. First hoop was you can't have a separate ssid for each band (2.4ghz 5ghz). So I set it up on the 2.4ghz band which most of my smart devices are on and the worst to reconfigure. Well after that I find out you can't change the static ip address of the router with out changing the wan ip also which was a pain. Back in the box these went and returned them for an Asus gaming router..... flawless set up. Oh plus if you want the added security you have to pay a monthly fee, fail.

We have a 1500 square foot house and the 2-pack was perfect. Easy to get up and running, and looks much better than my old range extender.

Love them makes my wifi even better. The range could be even more if you add more of them together

I needed to transfer pictures from my dad’s memory card to my phone and it worked well. Thank GOD for Best Buy.

These were just what we needed to get good wifi throughout the house. The Best Buy rep who helped us was wonderful and checked in with us to see if all was good. Very satisfied with the service and the product.

I purchased the eero system and had the geek squad install it when they delivered & installed a TV. It appears to have improved my internet signal/service so I am a happy customer!

Great purchase,, was seeing 100m down with wires connection to my Comcast modem, 40M on the wifi standing right next to it.. Seeing 100M down on the eero wifi on all computers in all areas of the house..

Bought this router to replace my router is was leasing every month from Spectrum. It actually works better the Spectrum very satisfied.

Its a great wifi system its a little at first to hard to figure out at first just take a deap breath and be patient if i can do it anybody can do it

The system works just like any other system; there are still lagging points in my home. My square ft is 833. The system coverage is up to 5000 sq ft. I shouldn't have no problems at all; but that is not the case. Even though I hard wired it to T-Mob 5G system, I'm still having problems after 30 days. Oh and you must pay EERO $99.99 for their service after paying for the device. What a RACKET!!!!

Took less than an hour to set up and in AM all 38 of my devices were found and had excellent wi-fi signal strength. Only thing is I am not sure what to do with my prior WiFi extenders and if they should be pulled from function

Things are supposed to work as prior advertised. Then there are things that work better than expected and beyond our expectations. The Eero WiFi mesh system delivers and then some. It eliminated all of my WiFi connection problems.
