Not always delivering high speed

But less expensive than the Pro model. If I hadn’t surpassed my return period, I would definitely take back. Not worth $299

Won’t work without a traditional ISP modem

I used a Nighthawk router for years with my provider but this mesh will not stay connected to the ISP and had to be force connected by customer service right out of the box. After customer service manually connected and updates completed the device disconnected and would not stay connected after the updates.

I have worked with my internet company and had no luck. I got the system connected just fine. But when it gets connected my internet goes out completely. The internet company has tried to fix the problem on their end but can't figure out why this is happening. So it's still not hooked up but looks really pretty sitting on my counter and in my gym!! :/

BUT after having it for a while and trying to fine tune it to our needs, it’s impossible!!! The Eero doesn’t give you the capabilities to pick which channel you want which devices to be connected to. In comparison, it’s like going from the customization capabilities of an Android and getting an iPhone. It’s just too basic.
