Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT.     Horrible!!! Do not buy! Devices connect to the devices furthest away and the system is not smart enough to hand off to the pod closest to my device. Speeds were horrible and just overall disgusted with this product for the price. These folks who like it must have had dial up before.

    Followed directions but wouldn’t connect to the modem. Tried several times still no luck. After a hour I gave up. Reinstalled my old Linksys router and everything worked. So it’s not anything with the modem must be the eero

    Will randomly switch the speed of our connection for no reason, but by the time we realized it was too late to return the product. You also can’t choose which devices are connected to which pod.

    Purchased this wifi extender because Ring stated that my cameras weren't working properly because of the signal from the router was too far. Easy set up place around the house and cameras still show low signal. Think half the thing sold as BS

    Eero6 disappointed me with regards to Mesh, I was on call with Eero support to find out the best way to setup my satellite, but it dropped from 750 MBPS to 150 Mbps at the nearest node. i find a simple tP link wifi extender would do for a cheaper price to eliminate deadzones

    Literally a pile of trash. AVOID. Seemed to solve our problems for about a week. Now internet totally unreliable. Can't get through a single Zoom call without interruption. Customer service is OK but truly, this is not a product you want in your house.

    Have called computer geeks and best buy representative and have not received a return call about re-installing this device from the previous installation on 26 July 2021 I believe and my brand new dishwasher is still not working properly it does not drain or dry my dishes. I'm mad

    Did not work for me. My house is pretty big with some concrete walls between my router and some devices and even the nest could not get around them. I even had a clear line-of-site between the router and one extender and it would not lock in.

    Gateway eero did not work out of the box. Had to setup an old eero model as the gateway.

      Hello WesleyP! I am sorry to hear that your gateway eero did not work out of the box. Here are the steps on adding a new gateway eero to your network: 1.Open the eero app. 2. Tap the blue plus icon on the top right. 3. Tap Add or Replace eero Devices. 4. Tap Replace eero Device. 5. Select which eero you want to replace. 6. Follow the setup instructions to complete the replacement. 7. Allow the new eero to boot up and come online. It may take up to 10 minutes for your eero network to come back online as your network assigns the new eero as the gateway (main eero). If you have already tried these steps and it is still not working, please reach out to eero customer support. They are available Monday–Sunday 6:00 am – 8:00 pm PT. You can reach them at 877-659-2347. Hope this helps and have a great day! AmazonDevices

    Junk!! won't connect to wifi and got stuck for more than 30mins trying to register the device. Called tech support and the guy wasn't very friendly either. Returned and replaced with the Google - Wifi - Mesh Router (AC1200), so much easier with no problem.
