Connection issues

Not happy having to pay for parental control tool

To have the parental control tool you have to purchase. This is a very expensive set this should be included as other non-expensive wi-fi systems are.

The units themselves show internet speed of 900GB but nothing on the Wi-Fi network can surpass 120MB; I have 900MB service with 2.5GB router. Will try another brand.

Not a WIFI expander

Then instructions told me to use same name and password as current WIFI which messed up everything and you couldn't figure out one network from the other.

Terrible and disappointed

Signal very weak and disconnects. I ended up buying a Google Mesh, best investment hands down. Sorry don't waste on a eero.

Posted .Hi JaimeR, thanks for reaching out and for your feedback on your eero 6 3 pack system. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your TV buffering. If it’s only on one device that is having connection issues, simply turn your device’s WiFi off and on again. If that doesn’t work, try rebooting the device. In most cases, this will help. You can also try power cycling your eeros by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. The eero’s LED will turn solid white, then be flashing white while booting up. It takes about a minute to start up and begin broadcasting. You’ll know when the cycle completes because the eero’s LED will go solid white again. If this does not help, please reach out to eero customer support. They are available Monday–Sunday 6:00 am – 8:00 pm PT. You can reach them at 877-659-2347. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Disappointing

Lost over 800mb per second standing 10 ft away vs the router from my isp. Only received 10mbps upstairs with this system. It was simple to set up, however did not work for us. Returned the next day

Did not work well with our CenturyLink and customer support from eero did not solve the problem. Geek Squad brought a different mesh network and helped me set it up.

Conflicts with other equipment

Using this with my AT&T equipment compromised the firewall. Had to return the item

Seemed like WiFi was worse instead of better. Geek Squad installed so I assumed installation wasn’t the problem. Wasted money:(

Wasted money

Went back to old ASUS RT-58U and it’s fixed the problem
