The EERO internet routers and boosters are absolutely wonderful and fit the bill for what we were looking for perfectly! We needed them to properly install our Blink camera system and give our system the proper internet upload and download speeds. Having the Geek Squad install them was icing on the cake...they did a great job!

We live in a condo that's 2100 sf of concrete block. The wifi is set up in the living room & my computer is in one of the front bedrooms at the far end. The signal was constantly failing before this was installed. Since then, no problem.

Mesh Routers with wifi 6 seem to be becoming the new standard for home wireless networks. This is my 2nd wifi router, my first one was a mesh router by linksys that for some reason would disconnect alot. This router with its extenders hasn't disconnected at all yet. Speeds up to 500mb/s are advertised, although looking at the speedtest using the eero app, I have speeds upwards of 945 mb/s with 42 mb/s upload. This is excellent BUT that's just the speed at my access point, being from the modem to the router right next to it. The extenders don't seem to help much as my speeds on my laptop on the main level are under 100 mb/s. That's with an extender (one of 2 included with this product) a few feet from me. There could be other variables involved but that's a huge drop off of quality when it comes to internet speeds. I suppose if I lived in a single room apartment I would get better results. I've also noticed the quality of MS teams calls has dropped since using this new router. Its all very odd to me. I'll continue to troubleshoot the router and wireless issues but I feel like this is something the hardware should be able to take care of for me. The package, this thing comes in a box that seems like something you would be getting from Apple. It's all very sleek. The app for this router is fantastic but it doesn't make up for the product's shortcomings. Also why is there one additional ethernet port on this thing?

Eero mesh network is a great addition to my home. No more dropping internet, no more Alexa not working because of no internet. Really nice to just have things work as they should.

I wish I could say I notice a difference! Maybe it’s my server but I’m still having trouble getting my yoga practice on my iPad.I thought replacing my router with these would make a difference but honestly I can’t.

While the Greek squad was installing a new modem he recommended the Eero. It was installed in the same visit. Our devises response has improved in all areas of our home

Didn’t work very well at first but Geek Squad technician came and repositioned them and had Frontier change their cable and install new box on the side of the house. It works better now

Very nice and works really well. We have a computer that is downstairs in a basement and the computer works so well now. With our other router there was no signal going downstairs. I recommend highly

I didn't realize that I wasn't getting a clear pitchure until I added this Wi-Fi6 System to my home. Outstanding picture in all my rooms.

Work was hard for my wife because everything was so slow on her computer, it was affecting her work day. The Mesh changed everything

Overall, product is good however since installation by Total Tech doorbell stopped working totally. Theses pods are great when they work but they don’t seem to stay connected. I would not purchase this brand in the future

The installation is super easy and it provides great coverage throughout the house. I would rate it higher except that the first unit I purchased failed after three weeks. Fortunately it’s easy to get a replacement at Best Buy.

I have a 2 story townhouse & have horrible WiFi service upstairs. (I have spectrum with 400mbs/second). I purchased this about a week ago & unfortunately, it hasn’t helped much. If you’re gaming, this is definitely not the right choice for a medium/large or 2-story home. Every few minutes my ping spikes to about 150-200. I even strategically placed them around the house, but still about the same as before. If anything, it’s helped the signal become slightly stronger, but still not the speed & consistency I was looking for (especially for a $250 product). I will be returning this product & trying the eero pro, hoping the tri-band will have better success in my townhome. Time to spend more money!
