I had extenders throughout the house and bought this to replace them. Should have done it sooner the eero system covers the whole house without any interruptions.

I am not very tech savvy anymore at 73. Alex just helped me get an in store appointment for my new computer which is what I needed. He was very courteous and helpful. I like using the Geek Squad because I can go there in person when I need help or call them and have help remotely.

Have Optimum and this router has increased the signal in the house so that I don't have "blind" areas at all. Prior about 50% of the house was without adequate signal.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with this product. It would be nice if the other Pods would have had the option of Ethernet port in their areas as well.

So far they are working great. Our wi-fi is faster and I get it where I needed it.

The Geek Squad installed eeros into my home as I was having Wifi signal issues in parts of my home. This product resolved my problem and is preforming well.

We were having issues with our WiFi connections. By adding the EERO 3 pack we are not having the same problems.

I purchased these for my mom and they work great. She has a large home, and spectrum WiFi wasn’t cutting it.

We still have issues sometimes with streaming, but much less since getting this product. It’s the best out there at the moment. But there’s room for improvement and, someday, a better product will emerge.

This makes my wifi connection much stronger in all of my house, even outside far out in the yard!

So far we like the product. We get our internet connection but once in a while we get dropped. I think for a smaller home it’s ideal.

It has helped my system run a little bit better. Only issue seems to be with AT&T with their ridiculous slowing service to my phone from time to time.

Eero took care of all our wifi concerns. Geek squad was very helpful.

We are satisficed with this product. We have not had any problems, All three TV's located in different rooms are working fine with no interruptions.
