Our Best Buy tech guy recommended the Eero-6 AX1800 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System because we had a weak internet signal downstairs. We don't use Wi-Fi in that part of the house, but I we needed it for our Ring security system. We also had a weak internet signal in my side of the office upstairs. Once this Eero system was installed by me, suddenly I had strong and fast internet. Still need to have the Best Buy tech come back to make sure our Ring system is back online, but I'm impressed by the Eero for how much it improved my office signal.

The Eero 6 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi system works great in a rural setting. I downloaded the app & followed the step-by-step directions so it was easy to setup. Eero customer service helped connect a printer. I am happy with this product.

If you are looking for a mesh wireless system and you are not "techie," then this is for you! I am very knowledgeable with tech devices and mesh network setups, and I have tried less expensive brands as well as the Eero system. Hands down, no competition- This is plug and play type of easy. I have had another Eero system (this system was for my parents) in my house for two years and it does not lose the internet connection like other brands. I have also had the TPLink version, and that setup consistently loses the internet connection. I don't mind spending the little bit extra because I know this will be easy and I know this will stay connected to the internet and be maintenance free.

It was easy to set up considering I'm not a computer expert. And the wifi signal is strong in every corner of our ranch style home . Just what I wanted it to do.

Works well, but made by Amazon

Powerful and (so far) reliable wifi repeater. Finally my wifi signal reaches my garage so my car can do its software updates. I bought a 4th unit but didn't need it as 3 boxes gave me full coverage. Setup was easy but did not work exactly as promised over Bluetooth. I had to enter the device serial numbers for two of the three boxes. In certain positions, the base unit caused interference with my computer speakers. This was fixed by moving things around a little. Made by Amazon, so I'm a bit worried that it will vacuum up information. The main reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they send quite a bit of spam after you register, and you can't really avoid registering.

Couldn't believe what a difference this made. Went from 40MBS to 140MBS upon install for the room furthest from the previous router/modem. Well worth it if ou have a long distance to cover

The mesh works very well for my 2750ft2, 2-story house. It eliminated the weak WiFi signal spots existed with my older, one router setup. I have 100 mbps Internet service (decreased from 250 mbps for lower cost) but better overall experience throughout the house.

Pretty easy to deploy, but the app needs some work. The wireless is pretty straightforward to get up and running, just follow the basic instructions and they are smart enough to get connected. However, if you connect them behind another router, make sure to update the DNS. Mine grabbed the IP of my router and was deploying that for DHCP. It worked mostly but caused issues with IoT devices not being able to reach various services (TV couldn't hit the LG content store for example). It also caused the firmware update to take a painfully long time to complete (I think it timed out). Lessons for next time though. It bugs me that I have to have apps for every device I add now.

Well worth the price. Impressed with the easy set up of the Eero System. Has helped to extend WI-FI in our back rooms that we were experiencing issues with using our cable company Eero system. Very impressed with this product!

Five star coverage, four star network monitoring.

I give the product a 5th star for solving Wi-Fi coverage issues in my home at a competitive price point. Whereas before I was getting 1/2 the bandwidth in my office as compared with the living room, I am now getting full upload and download speeds throughout the house. The salesman was helpful, too. The reason for four stars is because of the funky way you have to keep track of your network devices. The info is 'in the cloud' and requires you to install an app either on an iOS device or an Android device. It makes me wonder whether Amazon is monitoring my network. Surprisingly, there doesn't seem to be an app for Amazon tablets--because the Android app is only available through the Google Play Store. I'm a slightly put out that I can no longer check my network devices from my PC through the router interface--privately. The trade-off is worth it, though. The eero system is much cheaper than re-wiring the house...

I replaced my very expensive Netgear Nighthawk mesh system after it stopped recognizing the ethernet port coming from modem (common flaw in the Nighthawks). I've only had the Eero system for a few days and I have to say it's great. It was SUPER easy to set up, anyone with a phone and half a brain can do it on their own in 15 minutes. The appearance is really clean and simple, blends in well. The phone app keeps it simple and hides all the nerd settings (still accessible under advanced tab). I really wish I known about the Eero system before I bought the more well known Nighthawk mesh system.

We’ve enjoyed an Eero wi-fi set-up in our primary residence for several years, so it was a quick decision to add on at our family’s beach condo. Eero offers quick, easy set-up and great performance.

So far they have done exactly what the Geek Squad said they will do. We have a good with-go signal in areas of the house that we didn’t have before. Our only issue was connecting them to our Ring Chime pro and our motion light cameras. Both are Amazon companies, but after three hours over a couple of days with different Ring associates I requested their next level of support. The man I spoke with in Phoenix told me the Amazon products “don’t talk to each other”. When the Geek Squad set up our wi-fi name they used a special character. The Ring Chime Pro will only work with wi-fi systems with No special characters. We spent hours trying to get the Ring to work and we had to set it up as a visitor wi-fi.

I have a large, 130 year old house with thick walls and high ceilings. My previous wifi setup often failed to hold up to the challenge, and I frequently lost my wifi in my own house. This resulted in excessive data usage on my phone. This Eero system is handling the load with no problems. As usual, the Geek Squad set-up house call went perfectly. All set now!
