One of the best products I have bought works great

Better than the AT&T mpodem we had with it's weak output.

Helped my problem with TV buffering but didn’t completely fix it.

There’s still occasional buffering with this upgraded system.

Eero devices have helped boost our internet device speed and connectivity in our multi level home to the max. A great value addition!

Touble with one piece unable toset atime right away took 3 tmes to get someone to look at it then they could not find anything

So far we have had good service with the mesh wi-fi 6 system and have not noticed any weak signals throughout the house.

If you have a large house or two-story house, this item is worth buying to ensure you have good signals throughout your house with all your devices including wi-fi devices.

we stated this visit was for TV repair very clearly to the scheduler we talked to. A computer repair technician was sent and he could not repair our TV. His time and ours was wasted,

It didn’t boost signal enough to make a difference.

I bought these several months ago. After I installed them, I noticed our TV, Alexa, and even my zoom meetings would have this small 5 sec or so lag. I checked with my ISP and they said all was well on their end. I recently moved and went with another ISP and it kept doing the same thing leading me to realize it was this Mesh system. Returned it asap and the issue resolved. It was up to date, did troubleshoot it and nothing seemed to fix the issue.

The description online for the product is inaccurate. I wanted to run a wired backhaul which the description indicates that you can do this. But this is not possible since the 2 of the items are just nodes and do not have eithernet ports

Wi-Fi service pretty much stayed the same would not recommend this

Best buy needs to remove that feature from this product, the parent node has 2 ethernet ports but the 2 extender nodes have 0 ethernet ports. so wired backhaul is physically impossible with the parent and 2 child nodes

This nested wifi system that the Geek Squad installed gives less coverage than our former wifi system. Also, despite Geek Squad repair efforts, we can no longer print from my computer—ugh!

These cube work wonders for spreading internet thoughtout the house and into the detached garage. Best purchase yet...

Bought these after calling about my ring cameras not working well. I was told my WiFi needed boosting and they recommended these. Internet was barely boosted and cameras still don’t work.

The Geek Squard are great. After is was installed. I found out the system needed batteries. Then charged for 6 hours. One day after the time ran out on the system. It did not work as I would had liked. However, the Geek Squard came to help me with taking it down. The system is not worth it, the Geek Squard is. I will continue to do busy with Besr Buy.

Only 2 of the 3 nodes worked, Geek Squad set it up, the GS tech told me to call him directly with questions/problems, then refuses to return calls or text messages. Approached the store about a replacement node and was told the only was to exchange them is to shut down my system and get three new ones requiring a complete reset of all connected systems. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
