Will NOT Power up
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited for this to arrive and set it up so that my wifi would finally reach all over the house, but a massive letdown! The package arrived in good shape with everything intact however I plugged in the gateway unit and nothing, tried several plugs in case and even checked with a meter but it will not power up. The other 2 units will power up but w/o the master they are useless!

Eero “support” is pitiful

They will ignore any email to their support and they don’t answer the phone. They were bought by Amazon so cry me a river about being understaffed. Switching to Spectrum WiFi mesh - at least they provide support.

Difficult

I wanted to attempt to use Mesh system to enhance but the eero 6 is not user friendly. The app you have to download and installation is like rocket science. I am not happy with user friendly ability of system. I need an IT department to help me set up.

Will never buy eero again

Customer support has been absolutely atrocious. If you’re looking for a stable mesh system this is not the one based on my experience.

Not sure, it's the system or Best Buy. They haven't been able to get running with Nest equipment. Geek Squad is too busy to handle problems.

Design problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There is a serious design problem, there are no vents to let heat out and the bottom of the unit gets hot enough to burn skin. Other types of wifi extenders have vents to let the heat out.
