Disappointing purchase.

Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any improvement. As a matter of fact, we used to stream without any buffering problems. Now I have had programs interrupted 3 times with buffering. I'm not technilogically savvy so there may be something else to blame but haven't noticed any improvement since installing these.
