Best system for multiple devices and FAST
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We used to have a nighthawk whatever and it would drop signal a lot. We have probably 10+ devices on one network and the mesh system seemed to be best after doing some research to help get the best speeds with multiple devices. I’m also a gamer so I needed to be able to hardwire my connection as well. Wifi still isn’t as secure as hard wire. Anyway, this hub has a spot to hardwire one device and with the two beacons around the house, every device is getting a solid connection and only issues we have had have been when our actual internet provider (cable company) drops service. This is also one of the only new mesh router systems with wifi 6 which is also important to maximize efficiency on multiple devices!

Added speed and power for Wi-Fi.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A "Mesh Wi-Fi" sends a stronger, and therefore faster (higher data transmission rate), signal to computers and other devices within range. Set-up was easy, and data upload and download speeds to and from computers some distance from the modem are nearly doubled and more reliable. My average-sized house requires only the base and one of the two remote units for full coverage. The units draw about 2.5 to 3 watts each, measured with a Kill-a-watt meter. Set-up requires a phone app. After I installed the system, I noticed that my phone was using more power, indicating it was transmitting data back to Amazon (who owns eero), so I deleted the app, which is not needed once installation is complete.

Excellent for medium to larger places.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My roommates and I were having multiple issues with spectrum. They required our place and even trying their router which failed a lot, and then my router which was a netgear nighthawk that kept dropping out for my roommate after we always got spectrum rewired. Kept running into issues and our place is fairly big so we decided to give this a shot. I read the reviews on this one, and then the price dropped $30 and I went with it. So happy with it. Excellent connectivity and great speeds pretty close to what we had before and no drop outs or disconnects. Can’t recommend this one enough.

Eero is worth the purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Eero 6 is super fast and simple to setup. Double Nat with Xfinity router worked just fine. Extra security feature is worth the annual subscription. My Tx rate is nearly doubled.

Great product - lots of coverage
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have a sprawling one story ranch home with a metal building on the side. We were struggling with service and connection but thought a lot of it was related to the ISP (which truthfully it was). When our Linksys (fairly new) quit working, I bought this to try to have better coverage throughout the house. I have been very pleasantly surprised with how well this worked. Set up was easy. I would DEFINITELY buy another one again.

Best router on the market
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went through several routers and extenders, since my home was built in 1964,and has slath walls, also added a shop to the house, none of them would give me a good signal through out the house. This system is the very best, it was recommended by one of the best buy employees, and it proved to be a success. I recommended this anyone that has been having problems with their system. Additionally, the unit switches between the two bands on its own, no input is needed by the user. This is a very nice feature for the new appliances that are still on the 2.4G frequency.

WiFi the Way it Should Be
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having difficulty with my old Spectrum router reaching the ground floor of a two floor raised ranch, and connecting to an outdoor security camera. The eero now covers the entire house (2,400 s.f. ), and the outdoor camera very nicely. One quirk that seemed to resolve itself is that initially the outdoor camera would not connect to the nearest mesh router, but rather the farthest. After a day or so it connected to the nearest one. I was also having issues with my Del laptop dropping the wifi with the old Spectrum router. My wife would also have constant FaceTime issues with her iPhone. Those are no longer issues with the eero. Easy to set up, and use. Well worth the price.
