Here are some troubleshooting steps that may remedy your issue: 1. The first thing you’ll want to do is figure out whether you’re experiencing slow behavior on multiple devices. If it’s only on one device, simply turn your device’s WiFi off and on again. If that doesn’t work, try rebooting the device. 2. Try power cycling your eeros by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. 3. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

I have been reading reviews about needing to spend time with eero tech in the phone to figure it out, but at this price it should be seamless, AND I work for a living and do not have an abiding interest in the intricacies of the tech side of things. I do want a reliable signal. I was hoping to replace my Xfinity modem with these in combination with a wired modem, but even that was not mathematically enticing enough to pursue with abandon. I returned them.

Instructions were minimal and left us confused. I have had to schedule another visit to the house which will hopefully resolve the confusion. I'm recommending the product based on what it is supposed to do, not on what it has done so far.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The eero mesh, in and of itself is great, but be warned, ( because NOWHERE does it warn you that it WILL NOT WORK if you have multiple older computers that are wired, not wireless. ) you can can only connect one wired device, unless you spend more money and also buy an unmanaged switch and extra cable, that was the only way I could figure out how to make it work, and that was thanks to the Best Buy rep's suggestion when i went back. Wound up costing more than the Black Friday discount and more than I thought I would need to spend. My suggestion is be sure to ask if you use wired devices, whether due to age, or for added security
