This internet extension works great when spectrum broadcasting is consistent I’m going to get a hot spot from my cell phone provider but right now it’s just ok

I have had nothing but problems with this system. It takes forever for my Internet to connect and when it does, it usually Is disconnected again the next time I go on

Did not do all that I needed and ended up returning it for a different product. If you are rural and looking for something simple and single channel this should work just fine for you.

For the spreading of the Wi-Fi is good heaven quite got to handle on the app for overall good quality

Decent product but I had some range issues and random connection issues. I live in an old house with brick and plaster walls so you milage may vary. I ended up returning it for a more powerful product at twice the price.

The salesman at Best Buy told me that it has four ethernet connections it was not true it had to and it works OK it’s not spectacular like he said

Works perfectly for our adobe home to get service throughout the house.

We added these two eero units to our eero pro 6 but one of them keeps disconnecting and I am unable to connect my laptop to wifi in that area of the home. some thing that is supposed to be so easy for out of the box use is not. I used to think i was savy but now i have to geek squad come set it all up again.

I came in to purchase a TP-Link AV600 Powerline Ethernet Adapter(TL-PA4010 KIT)- Plug&Play, Power Saving, Nano Powerline Adapter, Expand Home Network with Stable Connections. The sales person informed me that that was not one that was in stock. I was told that this was the exact same thing, I was expecting to pay $50.00 but it was much more. I decided to go ahead and buy them, I had driven 100 miles from Cleveland, Ms. I have attempted to set them up and I keep getting to the same step asking for money to use the device. I feel like I just threw away a $100.00,I was also sold two Ethernet cables only to find one in the box. I went in the store with no knowledge of electronics and depended on getting help for a $50.00 item and ended up spending $181.87 for merchandise that I didn’t need.

Great product!! Setup was easy and works great through-out the house.

Great product. It made the difference for setting up my ADT system.

+Covers the whole house now with no dropouts. Only exception is my computer that is not wireless and the internet drops out often. Just have to wait for it to come back on line every few minutes.

These didn’t work that great in our condo. We set up 3 in different rooms and didn’t get good coverage. We constantly had to reset the devices. We upgraded to the pro and like it much better.

Impossible to connect with a number of WiFi products in my home. With those that do connect they drop off. I have had 3 visits from the Geek Squad and have spent hours talking to a number of different support people for the items that won't connect or drop off. Heard many times "Oh, you have an Eero, I've had problems with this before." I have messed with this so long I am out of the return period but I am going to try to get a store credit or something. Do NOT buy this.

While these ultimately work, finding places on different floors that are close enough to each other is difficult. WiFi connection outside the home isn’t as strong as Fios.

I am upstairs 20 feet from one of the units & my Fire Stick keeps freezing up. Thought it may be the stick so I ordered a new one with Alexa voice, it improved but did not solve all my issues.

Overall it is good if it is just a mesh extender. It looks good. However, I had trouble connecting with Xfinity and using the Xfinity app that I am used to. Moreover, you have to pay monthly fees to use this device.
