Did not work out well for the setup at my home, it was recommended to me.

Beware! WIFI set up on mobile phone cannot set up on desktop! Set up appears normal until you get to additional devices such as a printer. Can't set up air printer! Then of course there is a $99 per year sign up for eero account if you want customer support its not for free. Too complicated a set up process and trying to get you to sign up for yearly support. Sorry but I expect a product to work out of the box at 100% on everything and to be able to reach customer service for no additional charge. I unplugged it and put it back in the box and went back to my old trusty netgear TP link. If your a person who wants to buy a product at $200 and then incur a $99 year fee for support good luck to you! I am sure they will argue that technology needs constant updates. But you know what? I have my netgear for years without incurring additional expenses!

We got the eero to boost our signal in our 3-season aluminum screened-in porch attached to the back of our house. Our router is about 65 feet away at the front of the house. The signal has to pass through 2 walls to get to the 2nd unit. The boosted signal then passes through an exterior wall and vinyl siding to the area where we sit. The signal is slow and interrupted often.

I purchased the system to improve the quality of streaming services. Haven't noticed a considerable increase in performance.

Never really understood all aspects. No one explained how to work with Alexa, etc.

Works great with an Iphone 11 or newer, doesn’t work so well for android devices not using the wifi 6 protocol.

I do not notice enough of a difference for the price paid.

I went to Best Buy to buy a new updated router that would hopefully help with my awful internet. I purchased a router, but then was talked out of it. The Best Buy guy said i needed this instead. Well this makes absolutely no difference and i still have my old at dated router with a mesh system. Now to go back and buy the new router. Why did i listen to this guy.

Router does not keep consistent internet speed on the other 2 satellite systems. Weak signals across the house. I would not recommend this device.

Am returning item. Selected a newer dal router from my internet provider that does what I wanted.

I got for mainly pc gaming but it was lagging to much. I returned and got nighthawk and it worked better for gaming

Confusing connection! Glad to return it in the maximum of 15 days and it was accepted. I will return for other products. Have success with TVs, refrigerator and sound bars, but this mesh wi-fi did not connect as easy as the salesperson told me.

Purchased to improve wireless coverage. Helps with signal on the second floor, modern is in the basement. Have not noticed increased speed.

These were sold to me to extend my reception. It has not done that. I went into store and told them what I wanted and needed and they said this would do the trick. NOT SO. i ALSO BOUGHT A NEW MODEM (ARRIS). I had better service with my Net Gear that is 8 years old. Now I have spent about $300 and still have the problem.

Lost connection several times within the first 24hrs, and would have to go through the whole initial process again afterwards just to reconnect them all. The setup was easy but that was the only positive. Returned within 72hrs,

Doesn’t reach as far as it’s advertised. I bought this to boost the signal going to my mancave in the yard next to my house. Signal strength was not strong enough. It kept saying that it couldn’t connect with the other two boxes that were in the house. Had to get a booster from ATT. It works a lot better than the eero.

It’s not the fastest for it is steady. But I had to take it back only because I needed ports and this model doesn’t have enough
