The set up was very easy. The set up steps also showed placement locations and that made for a strong signal through out the house.

Super easy to set up and works perfectly. I have a ton of devices connected and everyone is happy, no one getting kicked off and speeds are awesome.

Excellent recommendation by the Best Buy TotalTech crew who installed our new audio visual system and Internet cable modem and router. I had no idea that something called a 'mesh router' even existed but the difference between our conventional router and what this system provided is like night and day. I was able to dispense with all of the former range extenders that gave us marginal support and multiple hot spots at best. This system allows you to use a single IP address and full Internet access throughout our home.

Excellent Mesh System. I was sceptic at first when I found out Amazon bought EERO. But I think I made the right choice. The system is very intuitive and boosted my Wi-Fi speed. No more dead spots in my house. Also, the security features and customization on the app is near perfect. You can custom set profiles for your family members along with their own devices and control their internet traffic, set down time for your kids, restricted sites and so much more. This was a great buy and would absolutely recommend to others.

eero is working great. We now have good wifi throughout the house. Customer support was great, too, as I had questions when setting it up!

You do have to have a working knowledge of your internet . It is just not as simple as plugging them in. They do however work once installed.

Great product! I threw out my old WiFi repeaters/extenders. These worked out great and only had to use two out of the three. The app works great and setup was a breeze!

Excellent WiFi. Easy to set up (after you get Spectrum to turn off the wifi within their modem) I had all three units up and running within 15 minutes. I now have consistent download and upload speeds throughout my 3000+ sq ft house at the speeds I expected. No longer need extenders or repeaters. As this was a replacement router, I named it the same as what I had for my array of devices. This greatly reduced the amount of time needed to get everything working via this router. I was a bit hesitant to go with a mesh router but the tech at Best Buy spoke highly of this one. No regrets

Best router! Easy to set up. Main router is to modem. two others in the best rooms. No more dead spots. No problems with skype calls any more. Excellent mesh router.

It did what it was supposed to do but my T-mobile system didn’t support it. Even after the update. If you don’t have a good signal already it may not work great. Set up was easy and understandable. Make sure to read what you’re choosing. Otherwise all good, just not for me.

This wi-fi system is outstanding!! Very easy to set up and working in a very short time. We have great coverage throughout our home and it is 5000 sq. ft.

Good: Really easy to set up if you are used to Wifi set ups. The app is good but also a bit confusing. Its also small so its easy to hide in your rooms and attractive if you see it. The bad: For whatever reason, when I move my laptop from room to room it stays on the weak signal instead of picking up the strongest. Then, it jumps back and forth going from strong signal to weak signal. Seems to me it should go to the strongest signal all the time. The I dunno what they were thinking: It comes with some anti-scam software but it was blocking google ads. Had to go in and ad it manually in the app. Overall though -- it works and I'm not sorry for my purchase.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive mesh network for a 2 br, 2 bath condo. Eero is perfect for my needs. It is relatively inexpensive (compared to the Google mesh network, for instance), very easy to install, and the 3 pack covered the condo without any issues. The mesh network is more stable and faster than a conventional router WiFi network as well. If you have a much bigger place, you would either need to add additional points or look at other mesh networks with wider coverage, but I highly recommend the eero network for its price, ease of use, and stability.

Had these unboxed and setup within 30 minutes. Word of advice…hook the main router up and set it up with the app. Then stay right next to it to set up the extenders…then move them to their permanent locations. Also, go ahead and download the app before taking your old router out just so you can skip that step. The app has been extremely user friendly. I replaced my modem also and am actually getting the WiFi that I pay for each month. A huge noticeable difference all over the house. These 3 cover my 3500 sq ft home with no issues.

This mesh point is amazing. It expanded the reach and speed of the wifi in my temporary home. The wifi here was terrible but with this. It increased the speed.

I continue to be impressed with eero mesh networks. This is our second set for my parent's house. Easy to setup, easy interface, and great speed.
