Generational WiFi Upgrade

The controlling app is easy to use, even for a 72 year old, and really allows you to immediately control access. I have 13 wifi connected devises. All my buffering issues with my Roku's have disappeared. It's easy to install. You can even use the same password, so there's no need to reprogram everything. Great value.

I located one near our computer and one near the TV. Our TV hasn't had buffering problems since. The Eero system was rated for 500Mbps. When we upgraded to 1,000 Mbps service, the Eero routers automatically downloaded software which enabled them to handle the upgrade.

Anyways he instructed me to buy this and the arris modem and this to help my Wi-Fi in my house. He was absolutely correct. I didn’t have Wi-Fi in my garage, the top corner of my house, driveway, or basement. Now I have Wi-Fi in all those places and my modem is in the same spot it was before. This product works and why didn’t I buy this sooner.

Difficult to install and make functional. Had to pay an installer to fianlly set this up and make it work. Still not sure if it does.

If you're not sure about your devices receiving proper coverage, I'd recommend running a coverage scan. To do this you'll open the eero app, tap the Settings icon, select Troubleshooting, and then select the Device coverage scan option. Coverage Scan will evaluate the connection strength between devices on the network and the eero the device is connected to. Based on the results of the scan, the app will provide recommendations to improve performance. If you need further assistance, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. I swear by Asus wifi products but the price was too much and they need something simple since I can't be there to always administrate. It replaced a Asus router/extender combo and the difference is night and day. Setup was super simple, as well as the firmware upgrade. Only thing I would change is to also have a Win10 app to set it up in addition to iOS and Android. My parents have flip phones so this required one to upgrade to a smartphone.
