I would have given this product a 5 star rating had the installation gone according to the package instructions = ). Purchased this set because the wi-fi connection in our home and property was constantly cutting out. We had tried extenders and nothing worked. We took a chance on the EERO 6 AX1800 and the installation was rocky. We couldn’t get it to connect, so had to call their support team. The call was very lengthy, but we eventually got them connected. I’m so glad we were patient with the installation process, because now that these are installed our wi-fi connection is strong throughout the property, and has not cut out once! I would strongly recommend this product to anyone having internet connectivity problems. Just be patient, if your installation takes a little longer than the few minutes they advertise...

Easy to set up and connectivity has been amazing so far. Best Buy employee showed them to me and I couldn't be happier that he did.

Easy setup. I have a smart house plus 20+ devices connected, including appliances. Significantly improved the performance of my internet connection all around the entire house.

I bought these to replace my Asus dual band router in order to improve the range of coverage throughout my house. The installation and setup was very easy and had little trouble getting all three units to communicate. Overall the connectivity to the network is good, but not perfect. I have experienced a variation in the signal strength that I did not have with the Asus. The Mbps varies significantly from time to time. There have been instances where I will lose a connection while streaming on my LG tv. Think I may have to add a forth eero extender to fix the dropouts.

Great product. Needed help adapting it to Xfinity but finally got it.

The office in my house was a complete dead zone and I had just started my job at the time. I bought it immediately and had no issues with connection no matter what room I was in.

Many people have Wi-Fi because of spotty cellular access. So it became very frustrating to find that in order to setup this router it required a strong cellular connection. This despite the perfectly capable internet modem available. It took several calls to customer service until I found someone capable of assisting from their end. All other's stated that a strong cell signal was needed to continue. Honestly, I almost returned the device.

I bought this with tempered expectations. I was frustrated with poor wifi connectivity using cable company supplied wifi router and had to do something. Best Buy sales person recommended the Eero so I rolled the dice.... I really feel like a winner! Installation was super easy! Step by step instructions through the app and I had great wifi throughout the house - about 2300 square feet - on the patio and the garage. I've had this about a month and have not had one glitch. Highly recommended. You don't need to be tech savvy to connect/install this.

I purchased this mesh wifi system at the advice of a store rep. I have been very pleased so far! This is an excellent, simple way to have continuous wifi throughout any home!
