Did I need to buy this? Probably not. But after installing in my house my devices connect using 5ghz everywhere and I get full download speeds everywhere so I am happy I got it. Easy setup!

To me it seemed that my ISP service was very spotty (which it was) but I had buffering problems as a result. My BB technically excellent salesman recommended this EERO kit. It was easy to set up, with one unit attached to my modem and the other located at the other end of the house on a different level. Once installed, my download speed went from ~15Mbps to 40+. Maybe my ISP provider isn't so bad after all. One more thing: the EERO has a mobile app that walks you through the install AND tells you what is going on with anything the EERO sees in your house. It can handle several devices att the same time with no apparent loss of efficiency. I love it!

This eero mesh router was easy to install and now my 4000 sq ft home has zero dead spots. I have a box with my dead routers... This router will never end up in that box!

Works great and does everything that it says it will! Tried several routers and range extenders to get strong signal in all parts of my home. This is the only product that worked!

I've had a makeshift wifi setup using my FIOS router and a few extenders throughout the house. This worked well when it worked but far too often I found myself connected to an extender that somehow lost connectivity to the router and having to reboot the whole setup. Fun when you have a wife watching Netflix and kids on their ipads...you can imagine the looks! The Eero setup was simple and has provided wifi coverage throughout my home all on the same SSID. One thing to becareful of though is if you have FIOS (and want your wifi devices to connect to hardwired devices), you have to set the Eero into bridge mode which disables the advanced features.

So I was looking for a mesh network, or a network that would create a wi-fi fabric. After reviewing this one and its nearest competitor I decided on this one and I'm glad I did. Its nearest competitor has some nice features such a parental filtering but they can't compare to the eero in pure functionality. People I know who have bought it wish they had gone with the eero. From the second I plugged these in they have just worked. They provide high-speed internet access to every one of the 27 devices we have in our home that connect to the internet. Slow internet connections are a thing of the past. I highly recommend this. I would have given it a 5 if it had the features its nearest competitors have but I can easily get the parental controls through the operating systems.

    Extends WiFi Nicely

I purchased this product to allow for me to use wifi connected devices throughout my home (which is about 3300sqft). I've had the system for about 1.5yrs. First I'd like to say that I didn't have any type of signal in the areas furthest away from my cable company modem/router. They even came out verified zero connectivity and said that walls, metal, etc will affect the signal and they cannot guarantee the wifi speed but guarantee the wire speed. Sound familiar? When I bought this mesh network, all I had to do was plug the units in and the "pucks" found themselves. No wiring to run and no complicated procedures. I was very please however noticed that at times, the wifi would drop off and give terrible speeds. I could never figure it out and even purchased a wifi speed app on my phone to check the speeds when this occurred. I verified speeds as low as 15Mbs periodically throughout the day (close to the pucks). Very upset and disappointed, I contacted the cable company and they verified their "wire speeds". I lived with this for a while until I was ready to purchase another router. It was then that I realized that the mesh network was my router. Feeling incredibly dumb, I found what the issue was. I had a modem/router combo from the cable company and I plugged in another router (EERO system) to that device. I had two routers with the same network name fighting for the signal which resulted in my slow speeds. Not knowing what to do, I called EERO for assistance. The techs were very informed and helpful. I explained the scenario and they advised me to either call the cable company and tell them to put their modem/router in "bridge" mode or purchase a single modem and return the cable company's device. I opted for "bridge" mode. It took a bit since the cable company was not nearly as versed in networking as the EERO tech however the result was totally worth it. I now receive 117Mbs (I pay for 100Mbs from the cable company) and as low as 80Mbs (furthest from the last puck in the system). My wifi is super stable throughout the day and whenever I get a complaint from the natives about speed of the wifi, I gladly test it with the phone speed app I have and simply say "It's your device or the server you are trying to connect NOT my wifi." Overall, this is a great product with excellent customer service. Two very important things to me! This was a huge learning experience for me and I hope this helps some non technically inclined persons out there. Good luck!

Been very happy with the performance of the eero. My previous set up had connection problems in certain areas of the house (two floors). Previously used a top line router with some power line adapters and a wifi extender. Now using two Eeros with network switches plugged into both. Connections for all devices (20+) are solid and faster. Now as the warmer weather is here I will have to see how the connection is in the backyard. That is the nice thing about this system if needed I can just add another unit. Wish the price was lower but as this market expands I think prices may come down a bit. Setup is very easy and the app is great.

Pretty happy with the purchase as it has allowed me to have fast connection speeds across the house. I do have gigabit internet and I'm using two of these hard wired. When I'm in those rooms I pull 700 Mb/sec. The one connected wirelessly still gives me 100+ Mb/sec so I'm happy. Only caveat is if you want to do more advanced functions it's not as fully featured as other routers, but it just works!

Have had this system for 2 weeks with no WiFi dropouts and with whole house coverage. Not as many features as a single router from well known manufacturers. However, for my needs I don't need all the bells and whistles. I can VPN to my home LAN by port forwarding the appropriate ports in the eero. As well as check the health of my home server by port forwarding for an app (iStat Server). The iOS app for my iPhone to setup and maintain the WiFi network is easy to use and its presentation is laid out well. Tech support is excellent. I had a couple of questions that they answered quickly and to my satisfaction.

After going through numerous routers and wi-fi extenders, Eero has been the answer to all of the problems. I have a rectangular shaped residence with very dense walls that made a single router difficult to provide adequate coverage. Eero's multiple unit mesh allows me to stream Netflix and other video services without problems now. PROS: Easy to use - Download app. Plug in Eero units. Connect to home network. Connect by bluetooth from app to each unit. Done. Cons: None yet. Price, maybe? There are cheaper methods to get wi-fi, but none seemed to work as quickly and easily.

Easy and quick setup. Internet frustration gone! I was paying the cable company extra for high speed but wasn't getting the performance. I purchased this and now I have lightning fast speed!!! No more buffering Called Spectrum and all they said was to reset the router. Haven't had to reset the router since and still have excellent performance and speed. I may bump down my plan to a lower plan to save money on my cable bill but first I'll have to do some more research. Even if I don't, at least now with Eero I am getting the internet speed I'm paying for. Worth every penny!

This device is a work of art, I am using FiOS 100/100 and it really delivers my speed with zero deadpsots in my house of 2,800 square feet. The only reason it got a 4 out of 5 is because the price is more than your average router but you pay for what you get.

This is a dramatic improvement over simply using a single router/antenna device. This system covers my entire 3600 sq ft home and additionally covers my pool area as well. Good looking, non intrusive units. Very easy to setup and install!
