tech support was slow to start but good once they started answering questions. We have good wifi throughout our 5500 sf home.

No more dead spots. Better streaming with less buffering.

We purchased the 3 pack Eero system, installation and set up was extremely simple. After a couple of weeks, one of the pods stopped working. We tried everything to get it to reconnect but nothing worked. We reached out the Eero and they overnighted us a new pod! It was a very easy process and the customer service was excellent!!

These items work great, they blanket the signal in house.

This wireless system isn't terrible, however, if you are a power user you will not be happy with this. This lacks 85-90% of most of the advanced user settings and monitoring that a similarly priced router would have. You really don't get much deeper than being able to setup DHCP, DNS, and wireless settings. There is no bandwidth monitor in the app, no signal meters, nothing. This is very much so the "Apple" of wireless networks, it's a very much so set and forget system. I WOULD recommend this to a normal user. I WOULDN'T recommend this to anyone who enjoys tinkering or seeing what is actually happening on their network.

Super easy to set up and very easy to manage!! The only down side I have is I didn't think a head about my Ethernet items such as my cloud and huge light hub. The single port on each unit works great, but I have all my devices in one location near my modem. A simple fix by investing in a network switch but a trip I didn't plan on.

One of the simplest ways to extend or build a network to support household streaming. Easy to set up, lots of control.

I have been struggling with spotty wifi coverage in my house for a while. I tried out different routers and extenders which didn't solve anything. This helped alot . It is very easy to set up and there are clear instructions. It's pretty pricey but if you're desperate for reliable WiFi throughout your house then it's worth a try.

It worked decently but had some hand off issues with iDevices. It also does not allow devices to stay connected if your internet service is down so I could not stream from my media box or even print if the Main Internet was down. This bothered me so I returned it. It was more just me, it is a great device, speed was great and I have recommended it even after I returned it.

Upgraded from Apple Extreme. Instead of relying on the hidden wifi backbone (the Eero communicates to each other using a hidden wifi backbone), I connected each Eero together to a unmanaged network switch, which made things even more stable and faster.

I was so tired of trying to keep the house networks going. We had two separate networks - Apple & Netgear and then one extender. Always going haywire and just couldn't do it anymore. This was a luxurious splurge and WELL WORTH IT! It's been operational for two months and works just as advertised. Never a glitch.

I purchased this for my best friend's house because the house is so large that there were large areas where the wifi signal was to week to even use. I set the eeros up in his house and it blanketed the entire home with strong coverage. I will be adding them to my home in the near future and I highly recommend them.

We have spent many years and purchased many routers and devices in efforts to have wireless internet throughout our house. We have thick interior brick walls. We cannot thank the Best Buy in-store expert enough for recommending this system to us. At last, problem solved. We can now work from any room in our home.
