Im in a 1900 sq foot home, and i cent get a signal outside in the yard nor in my garage for my cameras. Not sure what the solution is to be avle to get my cameras working.

Here are some possible fixes to help remedy the issue you are facing: 1. Place eero where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eero on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep eero in open space. 4. Try placing your eero near doors; this may help since wood is less dense and easier for WiFi waves to penetrate. 5. Avoid placing your eero in a location near heavy metal or any other point of interference, such as a microwave. Help, lost in router misery.

Searching for manual on line, does not come up for eero Prob 6E Router. Every one says open app, looks like on cell phone, when to app store on cell, no app for this item found. Does it go under another name?? Spent over 1 hour trying to find clear non geek directions with no luck. Please help this non geek to obtain assistance.

Once app is downloaded, it will take you step by step on setting up your new eero. Geek to the Rescue

The app that comes with this tech is very good and easy to use. You need a good modem to go with this system. I needed it because i have a rental unit in my house and we are going to have plenty of streaming capacity. Had a problem setting up the additional network on the modem for the rental and thats where the geek comes in.

Smoothly enabled them to stream tv and movies without the buffering the originally saw.

Sound is great and the picture is also bright! Love the Alexa connection as well. Its easy to select movies and navigate through the steaming options.

Result is strong wi-fi throughout my home and front and back patios. This is really a good system
