Great large-area WIFI solution.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit is perfect for providing robust signal strength for our home and office. The fact that additional MESH units can easily be added to increase WIFI range using a phone app gives us full control for adding devices in different parts of our home and outdoor gazebo. This unit was recommended by Best Buy staff (Auburn).

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product. No interruption in the service. It’s practically a plug and play device, no additional brain cells to burn to do any configuration. Great wifi coverage, especially when it’s meshed . Overall a solid buy

Amazing Product
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched from eero pro (wifi5) to eero Pro 6E (wifi 6e). I am getting +150 Mbps internet speed by having the latest eero product. I went roughly from 250 Mbps to 400 Mbps. My internet provider is Spectrum, and I pay for a 400 Mbps service. The reason why I am loyal to eero is for the APP. It looks professional, it is easy to use and it is smooth. I have called customer service two times and they were great and useful. If you are switching from Wifi 5 to Wifi6, you MUST replace all your eero devices to have access to wifi6 in your house/apartments. Your wifi5 old router can be used as an "extender" but any device connected to it will have wifi5 speed. Eero Beacon is NOT wifi6 compatible. You might get the same result with the eero pro 6 but Bestbuy had the eero Pro 6E on sale for almost the same price ($10 dollars difference).

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the 3 pack of the regular 6 but returned for the 6E pro and have really enjoyed it. Only have the one router so not utilizing the mesh wifi and it still works great. Speeds have been nice and haven’t had any buffering. Easy to set up and really enjoy the app

Easy setup and works great
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this for our inlaws house which is multiple levels and thick walls. The wifi was horrible prior. Constantly dropping, we could never do video calls - dispite them having the most upgraded internet plan. We installed this - super easy - and the wifi has been seemless throughout the house! It is amazing. My husband and I were both on work video calls with zero lag or issues. Total game changer!

A very Capable Device
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Netgear Nighthawk CAX80 (Combo, I review it here as well) that gives my whole house Wi-Fi 6 (Not as good as I thought). In my situation, I needed a cheap device that provided Wi-Fi 6E for my office second floor garage to avoid congestion, I have an Alienware M15 R7 and I need it work reliably fast. This is what I did: I plugged to power the device, then I used a cat8 cable from my gateway combo to the eero following the instructions, the setup though the app was very easy and fast. I didn't have to do AP mode or anything else, my Netgear kept working as a router and the eero got online like another router with the SSID I set up. You have to give it some time to work properly and connect all the devices you want in the right frequency, it is all auto detect and auto setup, and this is where my problems started, I did not see 2.4Ghz or 5GHz or 6GHz, only one SSID. I had to restart my laptop like 3 times, had to call eero support, they did a few things but....I want my devices connected to the band I want, not to the band the device think is the best for my equipment. I know this is a feature most mesh system have but I also think this is a feature all Wi-Fi systems should have: Separate the bands, please!!! So, I tested one device only and this is my opinion: Pros: The setup is easy, the app is easy to use, the range I dare to say that was better than my Netgear seriously, when I was close to the eero the speed was the same than a wired connection. If you need two or more of this device use wired backhaul, you will get great speeds. Cons: This device does not separate the Wi-Fi bands, that's my only concern and why I had to return it.

Good Router
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid Router. I used it to mesh with my primary Eero Pro 7 core router and it was very easy to add it to my network. It would be good as a standalone but I added the expansion I was looking for. The only negative, and it applies to all Eero Routers is the only way to access them is with a Mobile App. There is no Windows Desktop App.

Best Router I've ever had
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I've only kept Google routers up until now. I picked up the Eero on a recommendation from a friend. It's got an easy set up that rivals the Google router, and its got the speeds and range of a Netgear. Its a mesh router, but we havent needed any satellites. The one covers our 2400 sqft house from the basement. The tools it comes with helped me pinpoint interference when we moved to a house with a garage. It tells you the traffic and interference of each band (2.4, 5 and 6GHz). While i don't have any devices that only use 2.4Ghz, but its got a mode to account for that.
