ON the day of delivery, everything went great... until we turned it on for a 15 minute wash cycle. There was a loud grinding noise. I freaked out and went immediately to Best Buy to ask for a new machine but, was told I had to wait till the next day. It was still showing in the system as "out for delivery". Anywayyyy... I went back home and tried a full wash. No loud noise. The dryer worked fine. The next day a did a very large wash. No problems. I've had it 4 weeks now and it's working great. I have no idea what the loud noise was on day 1. I love the digital interface. It looks very modern and techie. Clothes wash and dry well. Will update if I have any other issues with it. So far so good!

Love that the controls are all in the center of the stack; our old stackable it was impossible for my short self to reach the controls for the dryer. Love the large capacity (this replaced an apartment size stackable at our lake house) so there's no more transporting larger items back and forth. Only downside, it arrived damaged and is pending redelivery - I don't understand why items are not checked before being loaded onto the truck? Delivering a 2nd time can't possibly be economical for Best Buy and would it not improve customer service?

This unit works awesome. The steam function in both the washer and the dryer are big G time savers. And large full capacity is one of the best. Thst is why I choose thit unit to replace my small Matag unit. Thank you. Jon

It was easy to hook up after I paid for Best Buy to do and they couldn’t even when I showed them the picture of where it was going. The lady Patricia who I guess is in charge of delivery was rude. Service sucked/ appliance was good Best Buy do better

Well made, multiple choices on settings for washer and dryer. Fits nicely into my apartment Laundry Closet. My favorite part so far is the slide-out compartment for laundry soap, bleach, and fabric softener, It is at the right height, easy to read openings, easy to clean. I am very satisfied that this was money well spent.

Washer/Dryer set is elegant, easy to use and quiet. Highly recommend for those looking for a high quality appliance.

I am really enjoying this washer/dryer. The only thing I have an issue with is getting the detergent compartment out to keep it nice & mildew free. The tab you are supposed to push down is very difficult.

New technology with a sleek design. We purchased two sets for our home and had cabinets built to enclose the units and it’s absolutely perfect. The sales people were super helpful and informative. I also enjoy that the controls are centered in the center for easy access.

So far, so good. Hasn't seen too much use yet. Not sure how well it will handle large bedding, but it is supposed to be able to do comforters etc.

Fits X-LARGE loads = 2 comforters plus 2 sheet sets in 1 load. Cleans & deoderizes 2 medium dog beds plus fabric toys in 1 load. Able to do a quick 15 min wash & dry for last minutes necessities easily. We LOVE this set & you will too.

When I decided to save space by purchasing a stackable laundry I did my research and decided that this was the best product for me. I specifically bought it from Best Buy because they handled another recent purchase and installation so well. I am very satisfied and happy with all the features and ease of operation of this product.

No problems with delivery, it came in a timely manner. Washer does a good job cleaning my clothes. Dryer also does an excellent job drying. I would recommend buying this product. I have never owned a Electrolux stackable washer and dryer before but I’m glad I took a chance on it.

I love this. Machine is quiet and efficient. It was a little awkward since it’s all one piece but that’s the only negative I can think of!

Easy to use, convenient setup, and clean dry clothes. Love it.

Have ran 5 loads through so far. Washes well, spin cycle is louder then previous washer but clothes come out a lot dryer. Dryer also works well I do like the compactness of the unit

The washer dryer looks and works great, I saved a lot of the price of the product $66 and it has a 19 year warranty on the motor and 2 years parts and service

It still smelled like a working mans clothes after three washes. Washed well, dried well. Had plastic adjustable legs that unadjusted during the final spin and messed everything up. It would spin so hard and become unlevel every wash.
