Good machine, poor installation!
After a poor installation, we are very happy with this machine overall, although there is a lot more vibration than expected on the spin cycle! Also, there was a small rusty area along the front edge of the supposedly stainless steel drum in the washer which I took care of with steel wool, and permanent water spots on the back! Suspicious, but I assume Best Buy would not sell a used machine as new! About the installation, the delivery/setup guys did not install the hole plugs in the shipping holes on the back of the washer, they installed an obviously used power cord in the wrong opening and without the proper clamp (see attached photo), and they did not leave the unit properly leveled! I adjusted the level myself, I obtained the hole plugs directly from Electrolux after unsuccessful attempts with Best Buy, and a second delivery/setup team correctly installed a new power cord with the proper strain relief clamp! I guess time will tell about the long term quality of this unit, but I hope it's as reliable as the Electrolux vacuum cleaner we had for so long!

Excellent set
I waited 2+ months to post a review just to make sure the set was still functioning properly. I was hesitant to purchase another front loading set, but I have nothing but praise for this unit and brand. My clothes have never been cleaner and I literally get two weeks worth of laundry done in hours. Previously, that would have taken days between Samsung's inaccurate wash times and an old dryer on its last leg. Delivery and installation was a breeze thanks to a great delivery team.

Fits perfectly for small spaces
Just moved into a new place and got this washer & dryer set — love how easy laundry day just became. The washer gets everything really clean without me having to overthink it, and the dryer leaves clothes soft and wrinkle-free with minimal effort. The stack tower setup saved so much space in my laundry area and the controls are simple to use. It looks good, runs quietly, and just works. Definitely glad I picked it up.
