    I bought this laptop from bestbuy and within a year the touchscreen function would not work. I purchased total tech support but was told that it will not cover fixing the touchscreen. Whats worse, the girl I spoke to at bestbuy wad so RUDE and DISMISSIVE. They know how to take your hard earned money but when it comes to offering good service, you get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Never wasting my hard earned money here again. To think that I have made all the purchases I did, hmmmm! Never Again!!!!

    This is great for the touch, great for the Vega, but it needs more power like an Vega M or to be a pure tablet like surface. It's too big to be enjoyable as a small surface type. I ultimately went with a less powerful surface Go which is quite amazing.
