Fast laptop easy to work with at home and at work.

HP Envy -- took me a while to transfer files from old PC to this new PC. Thus far, although the screen is smaller, I have been happy with this HP Envy. Still have lots to discover and cannot wait to start working on picture editing and other fun things rather than straight office docs for work.

Overall I love the computer. Everything I needed for college. I have a HP before but it was 6 years old wanted something way slimmer and light to carry around campus. I had an issue with my first purchase the computer was a lemon but went and exchanged it and the replacement was perfect.

This is a great laptop and is totally worth the money, which is why I’ve purchased it twice now. That said, the first one I owned broke within a year of me owning it, and I’m probably an average amount of careful with electronics. Definitely being more mindful with my new one!

Great 2in1 .. feel like its slacking all 2700u .. memory is ridiculously low and for a ryzen 7 it feels more like an Intel i3. Once again windows screws over a great Product tho becaus this thing would run like a top with more memory less windows and more user friendly settings

I bought this for my granddaughter to use at college so I am not using it. It runs the programs she needs, but the computer did keep freezing up and had to turn off and on. This happened almost immediately. She did take it to the Geek Squad and I believe it is working now.

Good sound and picture. Fast for internet surfing and online streaming. I am not a gamer so no opinion on that front. Cannot figure out why my Bluetooth mouse causes the screen to go black. Has happened on 2 occasions so I just disconnect the device when I shut it down.

Great computer for students. You can run multiple programs at once. Downloads fast, I love the pen for notes. Plus entertainment is awesome. Room for movies, music and games plus more. A great computer for my daughter to start her college life.

Finally let go of my hp pavilion from 10 years ago. Yes, I was one of the die hard windows 7 fans. And if my laptop had not completely locked up, I'd probably still be using it. I have to say, this is an upgrade that I'm glad I was forced into. I couldn't be happier.

Bought two off these laptop to replace older HP laptop s that have always been great. These are awesome fast on startup and performance.

Love the laptop but when I tried to use tablet option it started malfunctioning. Would have been5 star if preformed as it should have.when buying open box make sure you take the time that it works. DONT TRUST THE CERTIFICATION

I've had a great experience so far with the computer! The touchscreen is super useful and it's aesthetically pleasing. Had some issues with Bamboo Pen being properly compatible but I'll replace it with the HP pen at some point.

Can't say enough about this computer. I love it more and more each day. It was a little out of my price range, but if the employee hadn't of recommended it to me I would have never been able to experience this product. Thank you HP and Best Buy

Really happy with this laptop. Purchased it when it as on a great deal so couldn't be happier. The display screen. speaker phone etc. all seem to work perfectly. Maybe; an extra USB port will be helpful to add.

Great computer for daily task the screen is big and has plenty of ports. Only downside is the battery but usually I’m somewhere with an outlet so not the biggest deal

I like the fact that it can transform to a pad without a keyboard. The only thing is the face recognition doesn’t always work. No big deal you have two other options to log in but wish it was better, maybe multi user option.

have only had this device for an short time, but so far it works great. fast processing and the speakers are very good quality. I havent taxed the system much but its should handle anything you throw at it.

I didn't know how slow my old laptop had become until I got this HP laptop home and got everything I needed loaded. It uses the AMD Ryzen 7 processer and I am very pleased.
