I received my laptop within 2 days. It was well packed. I am still just getting it set up and learning all it has to offer. The backlight is very nice to have. The conversion from laptop to tablet form is simple to perform. I was able to set up my fingertip identification with ease. I anticpate this computer will last several years.

Have been a Mac user forever and needed a Windows Pc for the last semester of graduate school. The i7 processer is extremely fast. The touch screen is new for me and I am enjoying it. I was alittle sceptical of the hinges being not so durable/sturdy, but the BestBuy salesman swore he has not had any problems or returns with them.

Can always count on a quality product from HP. Moved a step down in size - what a difference in weight! Still have a full-size keyboard and keypad which is essential for the work I do on this. This is my personal laptop and it is super easy to go back and forth from this to my work unit.

This Envy I7 replaced an aging Toshiba and a broken HP 23" all in one and does so brilliantly. The speed is awesome even with open tabs and the storage is particularly good for a family of three where everyone wants their own personal drive section. The solid state drive makes this all possible. Great Purchase at a fair price

Laptop has every feature I need, lighting fast and is quiet. I would highly recommend this device for business/school work. I wouldn't game on this though -- there are better options for that. Originally was in the market for a work laptop something on par with a surface but not at the same price, and this was it.

Been using this laptop for over a month now and it works great. Boots up very fast thanks to the processor and SSD. It's light and has a nice profile. Wife likes the additional number keypad on the keyboard. Only downside is all the pre-loaded software that comes on it, but you'll get that with any new computer you buy.

Laptop is good, faster and quick booting, but observing some noise during charging

This is a full size laptop with great versatility. The ten key pad is handy for figuring grades. The sound bar is improved over my last last HP Envy. The keys are just the right height to make typing easy. The ability to be able to light up the key board makes it easy to work in a darkened room. Love the touchscreen!

This laptop really is spectacular for the price. It’s been an adjustment with the touchscreen and ability to rotate the screen into a tablet style but not a complaint. Great upgrade from my old Toshiba that was on its last leg. The SSD boots in less than 10 seconds and shut down is the same. Totally worth it!

I got this as a replacement of my 5-years old Lenovo laptop. The new HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Touch-Screen is much better than my old Lenovo one. It is an eye-opener for me to see all the new features, including finger scan, ink writing, touch screen , etc...The only problem is that I can hear some echoing issues with the microphone when I turn up the audio (??) and I don't know how to resolve it!!

Speed, response, style, what else could you ask for. Only thing unfortunately and I followed up with on other reviews, is the touchpad makes a noise like your hard clicking lt even if your just soft tapping it to open up a browser etc. Thought I could go without bringing it in, however it is very very annoying.
