I really like this computer, fast, has apple good looks, great keyboard and number pad and a beautiful hi-DEF screen. My only complaint is the exhaust fan is located on the left side of the computer and as this computer runs hot the fan is always blowing warm air on your left hand this gets really annoying really fast.

It does everything I need. Highly recommended for anyone that needs simple navigation, great for an office, home and school use. I have no issues whatsoever. I love watching my Netflix or Hulu on it as well. Super clear. Laptop is gorgeous as well, very well made.

I purchased this laptop to replace an Apple MacBook that my son had used for the last 4 years. He wanted something much faster (i7 processor) and easier to use i.e. touch screen. The laptop has Intel Graphics, and can also be turned into a Pad. Great price also.

I purchased this for my son who is in college. It replaces a similar one which broke down. He wanted something that was comparable and he got his wish. He is impressed with both the speed and functionality. Also the salespeople were wonderful! Thank you Best Buy!

The HP Envy is an upgrage of an older system for me so I am impressed with its processing speed. Compared to an HP Elitebook is is significantly faster, though the number of installed programs on that particular laptop may be skewing the resulting comparison. The sound is of good quality and the screen is nice and bright. I purchased Office 365 on the subscription plan but it still required an install that took a bit of time. I have only had the laptop a couple of weeks and just got it up and running a few days ago as my other laptop was still in use. So far so good. Only issue I am having is with the keyboard. I am used to black keys that are illuminated. These are silver and if you're in dim light it is hard to find some of the keys. Just a slightly different setup than I am used to that will require a bit of a learning curve. If I run into any significant issues with further use, I'll update review.

Fast computer. Would give it 5* if it had a larger SSD

This laptop runs great- tons of storage space and a fast processor. Some cosmetic things- the fingerprint scanner can be a bit touchy, and the hinges on the screen may see a bit of wear over time because of the tablet-to-computer transition.

I've set up several of these HPs for my company. The performance and quality of each is nice. The main negative is several bloatware, but it's to be expected. I hit a few quirks here and there but mostly it's due to specific other software.

This lHP replaced an older one. It is lighter, faster and the setup was easy. It's used for email, documents, social media and the web. Can't say how it would be for heavier stuff like gaming or lots of graphics. We're very happy with it.

Picked this item up on sale a few weeks back to replace an aging laptop and I've been very impressed with the build quality and speed of this new 2 in 1. If you're looking for a premium feel in an affordable package give this another look.

I love this computer! It’s light weight, the sound system is amazing! I find it easy to navigate. The buttons are in different spots then I’m used to, like the fingerprint button, but it’s ok.

I have been a HP user for over 15 years and the HP Envy is by far the best user friendly laptop I ever owed. Easy to use and extremely multi-functional. Very light with excellent battery life. Highly recommended for home, personal, and office use.

I shopped and did a lot of research before I decided on this lap top the price and the quality was why I chose this model.I think that this will fit my needs very well and I should hopefully get many years of use.I would recommend this lap top.

I decided on this computer because of the better processor. I do wish it had a bigger SSD though. 256 GB is just a tad small but it was in my budget. Computer is extremely fast and works great for my basic programming skills that I need.

I am a Realtor and take this laptop on Listing Appointments and its a great way to show my presentations. The touch screen is great. Only issue I have had is the track pad can some times be a little sensitive.

Very happy with the purchase, the price quality ratio is worth it. I used it mainly to write in Word, but it works perfect for Netflix and with access to HDMI I have a portable player. also works well in many video games.

I have had trouble with HP hinges. Was looking to go a different direction, but my salesman showed me a 2in1. Saw the great strength of the Envy and the 12gb,and the speed and I was reeled in. Great decision and worth the price.

Got this for my grandson when he enrolled in his first year of college ! After opening it up, I got on it and was very impressed with its speed, looks , & design. I thought about keeping it for myself, BUT I did give it to my grandson!

Was a little skeptical at first looking at some of the reviews but after initially starting it up and getting everything connected this is the best Lap top I have ever used. Not only is fast but the battery life is unbelievable.

Perfect weight, not heavy but not super light, big keys, large screen and touchscreen works great. Sleek design, fits comfortable in my laptop bag. Use it for school and personal stuff and its the perfect size to carry around everywhere.
