Had about a year now and no major issues. Happy with the processed speed and ease of functions. It’s just my work computer, so mainly using it to access internet and data entry. But no complaints

Bought this for my wife after her other computer died. She likes my HP Spectre laptop but didn't need all the power. This met her needs with good speed, solid state, 2 in 1 features and touch screen. Slim profile and not too heavy. Easy to register, set up and get started.

I use a laptop all day for my business. I needed one that would be fast, work hard for me and last a few years. I believe I found it with the HP Envy360. It's a great machine and I am very impressed wit it.

Great laptop! All around good specs for the price. My wife and I have no complaints besides the screen breaking on the second day of having it due to a fall off the couch.

Does what was described in ad and more. System is quick and that includes multiple items opened. Wish it had a couple more ports and the keys need to tilted up a little more. Will last for a long time.

I purchased this computer just about 8 weeks weeks ago to replace an older version of the same computer (2016 model) About 5 weeks after I purchased it (all in at almost $1500.00 with extended warranty) the top cover that houses the monitor seperated near the right hinge because, in my opinion the hinges where poorly designed and caused the case to become damaged. I took it back to Best Buy and they said it was just a little past the time they could replace it in store. They sent it out to be repaired about two weeks ago and last I checked, about 5 minutes ago, it was still in a queue and waiting to be assigned to someone for repair. Now I have been without my $1500.00 computer for two weeks, presumably it might be perhaps another week before it gets repaired and then another week in shipping before it gets back to me. Bottom line I am without an integral part of my business for at least a month. Unacceptable!! Aside from the hing issue, they moved the volume buttons which where a great feature. There is an actual toggle type volume button on the side of the case where the usb ports are. They where on the left side but they moved them to the right making it awkward to operate. Also, the silicone strips on the bottom that are there to protect surfaces it might sit upon, prevent the computer from sliding in use and prevents damage to the top cover when in tablet mode are flimsy and poorly attached so they began peeling off almost immediately after purchase. The pads where also an issue with the older version but the redesigned ones are worse. At this price point, they should have more than narrow strips of silicone stuck on the bottom case with adhesive. The two stars are only because, once you get past the poor engineering it is a very good computer.

I love this laptop! It is super fast to start-up even from shut down mode. I love the number keypad on the right of the keyboard. Touch screen is a must and this one has it. Super fast, super easy. Love it!

The screen on this computer is extremely clear and it runs fast which I really like when completing the accounting for my husband' business. It has been very dependable so far but is still really new!

I had to replace my Toshiba which I adored and it was a tough decision. The HP Envy is perfect. It is so much like my old Toshiba that I had no trouble getting used to it. It has a lot of bells and whistles which I am still learning. I like the number keypad on the side, lighted keyboard, fingerprint recognition, a long battery life, touch type, folds back like a pad, and I am told it's fast if I wanted to play games. I also got great service from HP when I called with questions.

My daughter loves this gift I got her. Now she's able to more as far as school goes. It's fast, plenty of storage and a great battery. I'm in awe of her computer. Was a great buy, from the best store.

I purchased this laptop in the summer of 2019 prior to beginning classes for a graduate program. I was hesitant about investing so much into a laptop but decided to do so anyways. This laptop is hands down the best purchase I have ever made. With all my classes transitioning online during the COVID pandemic I was worried that this would not be able to keep up with a full time course load but I was wrong. This laptop has not slowed down one bit in the 18 months that I have had it. I would consider this an essential purchase for anyone in a grad program who wants a reliable adaptable laptop.

I finally decided to upgrade my laptop and I’m so glad I chose this one. It is so fast and was a great deal. The resolution and capacity are perfect. Excellent quality and I would completely recommend

I am very pleased with this laptop. It is functional and hasn't been a problem for me to use. The touch screen takes some getting used to, but now that I am comfortable with it, I use it all the time.

This computer is a tremendous value for the money. Touch screen, 360 hinge, responsive keyboard, and Bang & Olufson embedded speakers which are better sounding than anything I've heard from a computer.

I waited to buy this computer, but had been looking at it for some time. I absolutely love it and so happy with it. I have yet to use the 360 capability or the drawing, but have had it less than a month now. The keyboard backlight is fantastic and can be turned on or off. Keyboard itself is flat without any raised odd feeling to it. I went from an Intel I5 Processor to a I7 with this one and it is much faster. Very user friendly as most HP computers are! I was hoping the battery would last longer, but it is not much better than my old laptop. I would say about 2.5 hours. But the batteries on laptops never last as long as they say they do. Overall I am very pleased and happy I got it.

This is a great 2 in 1 for every day use. It’s fast, has great screen resolution, multiple ports, and the backlit keyboard is a great feature.

This is the perfect Laptop for your personal computing needs. It is fast and has a very good screen. The speakers are not the best but I use headphones most of the time so not a big problem for me.

My girlfriend had a Mac for PA school and it did not do the job. I got this laptop as an open box purchase and she has loved it ever since. It does everything she needs and it's very fast.

My sister recommended this type of laptop because she knew what I wanted and she did a n extensive research. I really like the touchscreen, it saves time when doing certain searches.

Good laptop for price. Easy set up and performs well with i7 processor. Still working just fine and used daily with HP usual durability. Love the touch screen and display is nice.
