HP laptops are the best. HP Store is not.

With GEEK SQUAD service (5 stars) it's a pleasure. I've had many- Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo. HP is the best. BUT the HP store is a mess. Poorly organized, hard to find info. Parts must be ordered through them, like AC adapter or tablet pen. So you have to deal with that. Laptop= 5 stars. HP store= 1 star.

Great computer for graduate school

I have to download everything from my computer to an external harddrive to keep my computer from running slow. Other than that I have no complaints regarding this product.

Nice but is it worth the money?

It has ALOT of bells and whistles, which can be overwhelming. Plus, it comes with preloaded games which are a waste of time for me as a professional. The mouse pad and touch screen are way too sensitive and the next thing you know, you've inadvertently closed a window. Screen very crisp, and the sound is amazing. I'm watching movies on it now--a bit bulky to travel with.
