It might not seem necessary, but the metal body is a great feature. The OS start-up is lighting quick and so are all the apps. The only problems you're likely to face with this machine will probably be due to a poor internet connection since everything else performs so well. I would definitely give this a strong consideration.

Excellent laptop for all experience levels

Perfect for everyday internet browsing, writing papers and high def streaming. Also converts to a very user friendly tablet. Backlit keyboard is awesome. LOTS of other phenomenal qualities it possesses that could make me write a novel. But don’t just take my word for it, go check it out for yourself!

Looks and works wonderfully

Uniformly bright screen. Facial recognition unlock works great. The dark color case and keyboard easy on the eyes and attractive. Less than great: would prefer concave keys. I'm a klutzy typist. Would like an indicator for num lock. Finger grip for opening lid too small. Too much annoying hard sell for McAfee and Microsoft Edge. Wish it had sound equalizer for external speakers.
