Great Laptop

The sound could be louder. I can't do anything about the screen but I use a bluetooth speaker with it and that's great. Otherwise, wonderful laptop. It was a little flaky with the touch screen ... it seemed to be picky about when it would work, but after an update or two it seems to be mostly working. I would buy again, but now I'm looking for something with like ... 1000+ nits of brightness.

Don't Spend Your Money On This!!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not had this laptop long and I have to say that since I have taken it out of the box, it has been a big disappointment! It was hot out of the box and is very buggy. Especially if you have it in tablet mode. To get out of tablet mode, you have it restart it to make it work "right". Although nothing is right about this piece of crap!!!!! I took too long to decide that it should have been returned although now I either have the option to backup all of my images and everything else and wipe it clean and hand it over to Best Buy to do whatever it is they do and hand back the piece of crap to me to do the same thing again or 2) deal with it. Neither option is favorable. There are times it just freezes up on me and does not respond to my touch, pen nor mouse. For no apparent reason. I do not have much on here. Just images. That is the reason I bought it. But that's not working out so well. I do have to say that every HP I have ever bought has run hot. In the future I will never again buy an HP. NEVER!

The salesman at BB was very knowledgeable and instrumental in helping me choose this PC. My previous laptop was an Asus and it got so slow that I decided to go for an upgrade. The SSD makes all the difference, it's lightning quick and the initial boot time is very fast. Overall, I'm very happy I decided to go with HP.
