The unit is very nice with a great design, a speedy processor, great battery life, and a good price with the Black Friday discount. But it is a little heavy as a Notepad and most importantly the touch operation is a bit unresponsive when it comes to highlighting things, cutting and pasting, and double clicking links. The touch pad mouse is also a bit frustrating sometimes in that it doesn't always bring up cutting and pasting commands when you point the mouse at an item and try clicking the bottom right corner of the touchpad. I would recommend this unit with a caution flag.

This computer has more features then I originally thought. And I’m using it to it’s fullest. Tablet mode, touch screen, normal laptop. I love it. Worth the money esp because we bought it on sale.

I bought this laptop back in december of 2018. Its a great laptop I'd say it is one of my favorite laptops to use . so it is definitely worth the money I spent . GREAT LAPTOP.

I purchased this laptop for college and it has worked really well for me. I love the tablet feature it has. This is a great choice for college students

This HP laptop had problems within 2 weeks of purchase.. I've had HP laptops for 20+ years & love them.. During the first week of May, 2019, we had a storm that wiped my 2011 HP clean of everything, no data was recoverable.. I then purchased a new HP Envy 360 & within 2 weeks the sound board went out; got another one & the right slide bar did not work after 10 days.. I love HPs but am switching to another brand.. Either I got into a bad batch of HPs or I'm jinkxed!! My apologies to HP.. Thanks to Best Buy & the Geeks for their patience with me..

This recently purchased laptop checks all the boxes we required. Only negative to date is the battery seems to need recharged sooner then advertised.

I got this laptop during Thanksgiving deal and I am very happy with it. It's fulfilled my needs what I was looking. It's really excellent superfast laptop, I will recommend it to everyone. Loved it.

Windows didn't show the letters I typed, and that was VERY frustrating. It turned out to be a switch that needed to be turned on, the definition of the switch having never intimated that I would need it. This caused about 5 hours of distress. Working fine, now.

Even though I really don't like Windows 10, this is a great laptop. Such fast processing.

This laptop is great. But the mouse pad needs calibrated. At time, when ever I click on something, it moves and starts shaking and can't get it to stop. I have to restart it to get it back on track. I don't know what causes this, but I'll try to find out.

bought this for my business. Since I run many applications at once I needed a strong processor with extra RAM, this computer did not disappoint, I would buy it again.

It’s been 9 years since I bought a new laptop, and was I ever overdue. So far I am very pleased with this new laptop from HP. Good service from the Geek Squad to set it up as well. Thank you.

This computer was for my wife, who loves it. She appreciates great quality and response. My only mistake in buying this computer was that is does not have a cd player. So it is difficult to load all the music that she likes to listen to while using it.

Purchased this laptop to finish up school. The laptop does everything that I need and more. Super fast start up and switches between screens without hesitation. HP did a great job on this one

This HP laptop is great for the price. It has a PCIe SSD (M.2) and the RAM is upgradable. Also, with a cable purchased from eBay, I can add another 2.5 storage drive (I decided to put a 1 TB SSD)

I liked this computer,for its features,but had an issue with the battery life,It is not working more than 4 hrs after full charging and it dies,so it was sent to HP for battery replacement.

Beautiful Display - HD - Fast, loaded with all the newest high tech features - just bought it so I am first learning. Makes navigating and multitasking easy. SSD makes it quiet, plenty of ports.

My 5 year old machine running Windows 7 finally died and I had to look into a new machine. This one fits my needs. It's basic and solid in operation... after I learned Windows 10, that is.

This computer is simply wonderful. I had an unfortunate experience with an all in one from ACER and I was distrustful of HP. I admit that I am much more than satisfied. It's almost perfect

I had a little disappointment with some of the features compared to my previous lap top. Only 2 USB ports, Had to purchase a external CD, DVD reader. The sales person did not fully explain the differences in the new computer verses the one that I traded in
